Buying agri land of family members name

Hi
I want to buy property on family members name,but want all rigts on my name

is it possible?

This is possible if the name lender of the property executed registered Power of Attorney in your name.
But do remember , he can revoke the POA at will later on.

Not possible. Even POA is executed, as they are the owners, they revoke the same at any time.

never buy property in name of relatives . once property prices appreciate your relatives will refuse to sell the land and give you sale proceeds

How will you be able to save taxes once you purchased land on your relatives names? Don't expect a reply for your thoughts which are basically not legal.
