The above sec of customs act provides responsibility of issuing an assessment done in contrary to the declaration. What's if even after the importer's demands for speaking order giving ref to the sec 17 (5) of customs act 1962, the department doesn't issue.

Sir/Madam,
I need expert opinion in the following case.
As we are in internet era most of our jobs are done through internet. One such service is job providers. In jan 2014 a company in delhi promised me to get a high salary job in 15 days and asked me to pay 1500 intially. I enquired abt the openings, they said they have tie ups n they will conveniently provide me with a job. I paid 1500, later after few days they agn asked me to pay 11200, saying it as the fees for document verification. Later agn after few days they agn asked me to pay 10000 naming it for some products. I repeatedly kept asking them abt the job, they said if i pay 10000 they will process my profile further else no, Since i was in need of job i agreed to pay. They kept fooling me and till date i have paid a total of Rs. 65,554/- . They have not provided me with a job. When i call and ask they say i shdnt have paid that much amount, its my mistake.
Now im fixed, i have lost money and i dont even have a job.
I just want to knw can i take the help of law and get my amount back from these cheaters.
I have all the proof of payments as it is done through debit card.
I have also shared my concern with their authorities from time to time, i have those emails as proof.
So can i take help of law, will i get my money back if i do so.
Pls guide.
Thank You,
tj

Can a magistrate issue conditional warrant of arrest u/s 128 CrPC? I studied the provisions of maintenance, where it is clear that u/s 125(3) there is provision for punishment and warrant of arrest can be issued. But then there is limitation of one year u/s 125(3).When application is filed after more than two years, then it can be filed u/s 128 CrPC only where there is no provision of punishment. So is the magistrate empowered to issue conditional warrant of arrest straightway on application u/s 128?

Dear Experts,
I have some doubt with my joining letter, its a contract base letter. And it might be expired. So i thought my company have no any authority to ask me for notice period. I would like to share screenshot. Please take a look and suggest.
Dear Sir/Mam/Peers,
I was handling a case of Rent payment by a son to his father for claiming HRA. While framing the rent agreement i came across a doubt which is as follows:
The address mentioned after the name of both father and son is coming same(i.e. where R/o is used). Also the property taken on rent is having same address. i.e. all the address mentioned in rent agreement are coming to be the same(all highlighted in yellow below).
So my question is whether the presentation used is correct or if we wish to improve it how can we change this language(language part) since it is not looking proper and not looking good and the son might face problem from A.O. also. in regard to claiming HRA.
Shri R. kumarS/o Shri A kumar R/o xyz flat, street no. 4, laxmi nagar, delhi-110092, who is authorized to sign and execute this Agreement (hereinafter ....) of the FIRST PART,
AND
Shri S. Kumar S/o Shri R Kumar R/o xyz flat, street no. 4, laxmi nagar, delhi-110092, (hereinafter ...) of the SECOND PART.
WHEREAS
i) The FIRST PARTY is the owner of R/o xyz flat, street no. 4, laxmi nagar, delhi-110092.
AND
ii) The SECOND PARTY is interested in taking one room set(attached balcony and bathroom) of above said flat (hereinafter referred to as “demised premises), as a pen guest on a monthly rent basis for residential purpose only.
Now the next question is i have a stamp paper for this rent agreement dated 7th May. Can we execute a agreement from 1st April, if yes, how? Also suppose this is correct notarizing and getting it registered it now i.e. around 10th June will be correct??
Thanku in advance. Thanku very much.
P.S. Rent agreement has to be executed. Please dont suggest that it is not required.

I want to know whether Maharashtra Rent control Act 1999 is applicable to other States of India. Is the Leave and License agreement entered into between Landlord and Tenant in other states other than under Maharashtra Control Act , are under the jurisdiction of Courts of UP or other states? More over sir I want to know is it compulsory to get Lease agreement of house for less than 11 months registered with the sub-registrar. In case of default of a registered Lease agreement, what are the remedies available to the Landlord? I am also attaching a Leave and License agreement (sample) kindly tell me if it is OK.

In civil suit I am defendant , municipal is also defendant I filed w.s
but municipal still has not filed counter/w.s the case is in arguments stage .
Joint family property
A Hindu father purchased a House in the name of elder son (out of 4 sons) meant for all the sons in the joint family out of his self acquired sources. All the 4 sons are married and living jointly in the same house. Mother dies 10 months back and father died two months back.
Now the elder brother is not accepting to distribute the property equally between four brothers. He says that it is his own property as his father has registered the same in his name.
How can the other three sons can claim their share in the house. Is the stand taken by the elder brother that it is his own property is correct.
I seek the valuable opinions of the experts.
