Hi Sir/Madam,

Is it possible to get a power of attorney in Delhi, if the property is located in Patna?

Khata transfer

Dear Experts

I wish to know few details :
my husband deceased on 20.12.2010 and in his name there is an agricultural property which was registered through a family partition deed in the year 2004.

after the partition deed my husband got mutation, E.c. , Khata transferred and availed bank loan in his name.

now I ( wife of the deceased) have applied for the transfer of khata, rtc and necessary documents in my name, My in laws had made an objections.

Stating that i am not the legal heir and my son who is of now 11 years (and i am taking care of him) is the legal heir of the property.

In the sub-registrar office the judge is also forcing me to have either in my son name me being minor by guardian or else having property in joint names

Can i have in my name ( singal owner of the property)

whether is there any rules that i should have jointly khata transerred ( myself and my son)

does the judge have the power to implement in joint name without my consent as i have applied i my name.

and can i apply a case in loka yukta for the same.

Regards
Vasudha J

Query related to parking in cooperative housing society

Hi,

I am living in a cooperative housing society in Pune. Builder has allocated parking's at the time of sale. I have a parking space adjoining which builder left some empty space as barely a car can park there.
Conveyance has not yet happened and Society has identified empty spaces and marked them for parking. Even the space next to my car park has been marked. It was told that members would need to pay but society is not collecting any money and ppl have considered it as their parking. Due to this I am facing issues in parking my car in the space aloted by the builder and at times even problem to open the doors.
I have reached out to the society but no response from them. Can you please throw some light on what stand I have in such a case and also is there a rule that as per by laws every parking should have some minimum size. My parking 134 sq mt and the one next to me is much smaller.

Help is appreciated. Awaiting for your response.

Protection against sarfeasi act

X bank sanctioned a sum of 700000 as loan in 2006 to A. A has drawn 400000 from that account. A has already paid a certain amount of loan. Later CBS service started by the X bank, where A's account shown fully drawn. Manager of X stated that, it was technical failure. Thereafter bank is not giving any account statement. The loan A/c declared NPA on 30/04/2010 and outstanding amount is 500000 as unpaid loan of A. At present bank served notice u/s 12(2) of SARFEASI Act stating loan amount debt of A is 666700.
What relief A is entitled to?
Whether civil court has any juridiction?
