PF withdrawal without employer's sign

Hi
I quit my company due to some unavoidable issues and my HR asked me to pay 45K to get releaving n release PF.

As I m from a middle class family I can't pay 45K, so plz let me know how can I withdraw my PF without my employers interference .

sir,

my friend is victim in assault case.

POLICE has taken FIR which just mentions where, when and who committed the assault.

but even after six months not taken written statement of the victim.

CAN police be asked to take written statement of the victim as six months have passed and no action has been taken

Employer is not paying dues after resignation

Dear Sir,
I resigned/served notive for two months from the post of Vice president of a Pharmaceutical company.
After a month it was duly accepted and i was relieved. I was informed that my salary of the previous month is being sent/transferred.
but once i was relieved from duties the whole attitude changed, my phone was not answered and no discussion about dues.
Once the MD phoned and told me that i will not pay for another 3 to 4 months.
It is a matter of around 8 lacs which includes my dues of march, April etc.
What should be done???

I want to menntion that around 20-25 attacked my younger brother on the road around 7:30 pm address:-gulistan mohalla east,isapur road,phulwari Sharif Patna,Bihar-801505.and the broken the head and the bitten so brutely and no body comes to help this incident happens on 3 june 2014.and my brother rushed to the police station phulwarisSharif p.s and files the complain then they have taken to the block hosspital .after the medicatn we returned we have given few names to the police .they have maintain the diary next day with case no-302/14 ft -04-06-14 with I.p.c no.147/148/323/307/504/506
