Does bike / motorcycle manufacturers need to comply with Legal Metrology Act 2009, if yes,then by virtue of which provision?

Sir we are doing compliance for a company and my query is whether employer of a manufacturing unit of bikes or motorcycles or unit where parts of bikes are assembled or packaged need to comply with the provisions of the Legal Metrology Act, 2009.
whether Legal Metrology Act, 2009 applies to a unit manufacturing bikes or assembling parts of bikes or packing accessories of bikes.

as per law, the above law only apply to measurement related manufacturing, weight, measurement, weight stone.
