Dear all experts,
One accused who is citizen of Australia who committed crime u/s 498 A of IPC partly in Australia and partly in India whether he is tried in India u/s 3,4 of IPC? and whether any sanction is necessary of central Govt. u/s 188 of Cr.P.C?

I am a teacher. last year I was dismissed from service. asper legal provision i have gone for appeal to cbse board. as per provisions of cbse byelaw (central board of secondary education) a 5 member appeal committee has to be formed. 3 members from school and one member from cbse board (as a advisor) and one more member from outside school. but cbse for th period of one year didnot form the committee. I approached the court and court ordered them to finish the appeal within three weeks. they also did the same
My question is
cbse board is a autonomous body comes under ministry of human resource. cbse officer is a govt officer. as per cca rules appeal has to be completed withn 3 months. but it was not completed. school was in possession of my original certificates .
in the court i appeared as party in person and requesed judge to order the school to give back my certificates. judge ordered the school to give my certificates. school also did the same.
1. can i file writ under sec166of ipc against the govt officer for not discharging his duties and ask for compensation
2. for holding my certificates after my dismissal can i ask for compensation . is it a criminal offence

My name is somasekhar , i have joined btech in 2008 ,due to fees problem i cant pay the fees ,i stoped my education when i went to college to ask certificates 10 th and 12th they are saying that after paying full fees certificates will be given other wise we wont give ur certifictes . I need ur advice wat steps should i take and were should i complain

one of my clint has taken a contract for installation and commissioning of tower to orisa. My client is in maharashtra. He has raise invoice to company of Rs 6000000/- for installation and commissioning of tower. for such contract material cost is around 10%, labour cost is 40% and 50% is profit margin. But sales tax officer has taxed whole transaction @12.5%. can any one provide the tax solution for MVAT of CST

i have applied for transfer to a specified place on own cost based.
but govt had transfered me to another place than what can i do.

Sir,
I was in search of a land against of my litigation free private land. I found a suitable plot with rates acceptable mutually .I purchased the plot in 2013 by looking at Power of attorny of 2009 , corresponding sale deed to his wife . Wife sold it to me . The 100 % part of the plot was sold in 1992, which was reflected in ROR,but this entry was not checked properly by me , EC was there from 1992 .
After settlement observations obtained by RTI in 2014 ,I found some mistake is there,than I asked seller to hand over my land or Rs 7000000(70 lakh)or give a suitable plot of 1200 Hectare/300 decimal with frontage road etc. He is agreed to this conditions, Shall i take the land he is offering ?, shall i do a furgery case by making an FIR ?, shall I take mony he is realy intersted to pay ?.
Also it is doughted that he may hide some where , now he is not giving his phone.
Now he has sold my land , this was not known to me .The price is Rs 56 lakhs as he says.
Please advice .

How one can relinquish his title or right from ancestral property. After relinquishment of title will he inherited the property if it come under the will of the property holder. Can he get the right under any nomination?

Hi all,
I am a member of this forum, the case is of my sister, she is married from last 7 yrs. she has two girls. the second one is 8 mnths old. my jiju and his family is not happy with the second girl child. and first six mnths he left my sis and her her kids at our place. and now from last two mnths he is continously saying "tera mera koi rishta nahi hai" and all.. and his bua lives in uk i hv seen some chats in his phone that he has some kind of affair with his bua's bahu. nw she is sponsoring him to uk. he didnt tell nything to any of us.. i spyed at his place than i came to knw ki his main plan is to rum away from india and his responsibilities. and marry that girl in uk and settle down there only.
he is a lower middle class person, his visa has also rejected earlier and now he is reapplying to uk by some agent. so i m sure all his documents will b fake and it would be a case of forgery.
I want to make him stay in delhi? what can i do? please suggest..
If i mark a mail in uk embassay about all this? will it help?
Please advice...

Stolen property
Hello all learned That somebody stolen all ornaments of my wife my child and my also. Thief was caught in another offence and then it was disclosed that he was the same fellow who stolen my ornaments so I lodged complain
Now I want to tack back all my ornaments from the custody of police by way of court order but the question is that I have not the bills of the said ornaments so pls inform if there is any judgement regarding this one
Some times some court does not allow and consider the affidavit of applicant so this question arise in such kind of situation what I have to do ? please inform me
