Dear Sir,
My friend wants to sell his property in Bangalore. The property’s (30 *40 feet) market value is Rs 60,00,000/-. The same area’s guidance value is Rs.2500/- sq.feet. He has got one buyer and ready to buy at market price but he is insisting to register only at guidance value which is Rs. 30,00,000 (1200 sq * 2500). Buyer says he will pay Rs.30,00,000/- by cheque/dd and balance amount by cash. My friend has shortlisted another property of Rs. 75,00,000/- lakh and proceed of this sale is going to be invest there. Regarding this transaction we have following question
1) Can someone register property which is below market value (guidance value) ? Will it cause any issue for my friend either from income tax or from registration department?

If the application under section 245(2) is dismissed by the M.M, where does its appeal life . Before the Session or the high court. Is the dismissal order is an interlocutory order , and is barred to appeal, under section 397 (2) crpc ?????.

One person cheated me by promising to get the government project and took money from me for his expenditure. I didn't took any documents from him for the money that i gave, but i have a mobile recording where that person mentioned and accepted the amount he owes me. but in the later days i pressurised him to give my money back. He started to put money in part by part to my account in cash. Later on he gave a cheque to me for some part of the money, but he didn't cleared my money fully. now i asked him to clear the entire amount that i had given, but he is tlling he wants some more time and if i pressurise him again he will not give my money. So how can i proceed now to recover my money, any provision to file the complaint with police of to fight in the court.

my father has given rs5000000 to his friend.now he is not returning money.i have video recording, in which he is admitting that he has taken rs 5000000. what kind of action we can take against him? i have no other proof against him.

The vacant car park was alloted to another person who does not use this car park.

I m filed a case against ABC company,I m a employee of the company,I wanted to know that this april was the last date of my argument,till now date have not came of next argument.In last argument i hv submited the document,the opposition party asked for the time against that document,So my question is that how much time has or court can give to the oppositon.
