Hello, need your urgent advice on this. I have my date of birth in my birth certificate and passport as 17.12.1986. This birth certificate was taken out for some urgent need by my parents during that time. I also have my original birth certificate which has the date 17.12.87 and all my documents have the same date of 17.12.87 . How can i change the DOB on my passport? Is it possible? I want to apply for work visa abroad and i need this on urgent basis. If any one from Kolkata can help i will be grateful for the same. Please answer

Respected sirs
There is one property in Bangalore which was for sale. Going through the papers I noticed that the sale deed was executed by GPA holder to the buyer. The GPA holder has executed the sale deed on the capacity of the holding the GPA from the person who is also a GPA holder of the original landlord. In simple terms A who is landlord has executed Unregistered GPA to B. B has executed GPA to C. C has conveyed sale deed to D. D is selling the property now.
1. Mr.A has expired in 2002. D has registered sale deed done in 2012.
2. If there is a suit filed by LRs of A does D stand to lose the title and rights.
Kindly enlighten.

Respected Reader's,
I have a Query, My client filed a writ petition(writ of mandamus) to the Hon'ble High Court against second party due to some wrong and non corporative attitude of the said party, now the query arises when the third party who is also aggrieved from the wrong done by the second party, further, would like to mention that the third party is connected to my client, who already filled petition against second party and the case is subjudice in Hon'ble High Court, and third party pressurizing my client by making formals letters, emails.
So, in order that, what could the best possible option to avoid the further complication in matter.
What should be the next step to third party ,should i file the suit against third party or what best possible i can do in this stage(case is still subjudice in high court)?
Thanking you,
