After recieving permanent alimony of 1500000 for her and daughter in mutual divorce and mentioning no claim in future in joint affidavit to high court .Can she claim maintenance or can child can claim maintenance from me in future.But she has mentioned in joint affidavit that she will have no claim in future and nor their daughter after receiving the permanent alimony.wHAT IS THE MEANING OF PERMANENT ALIMONY THEN

Sir, I have my house in a Khas Mahal whihc is leased to me by the government. Now the Govt is asking over 3 lakhs/acre as salamy and tax for the renewal if the lease. Is it needed to pay the Salami when i am the tenent of the same land? Is not the payment of Salami once and for all at the onset of the lease at the first time? Please give me expert advice. When we sell a franchise of a restaurant we use the word "developer" for the person who is taking the franchise. In a franchise for a website what can we call a franchisee instead of developer. It will great help if you give me some suggestion.

i m explaining my case clearly.i got different views from different local advocates.

my grandfather died in 1995, without making will.he left ancestral property in a village of maharashtra state.
he had 3 sons and 4 daughters.my grandmother died after grandfather in 1999.
my father was eldest son of grandfather, who died in 2011.
my paternal aunts are all married well before 1994.
presently, on 7/12, ther r following names;
my father, two uncles, in main section and names of 4 dughters in OTHERS section of 7/12.
property is stil undivided,
tell me, what is the share of my father and share of my paternal aunts in this property?

Sir, I have filed maintenance case on my husband under section 125.Court has passed order and I am not happy with the order. So, I filed revision in High Court under section 397. High Court has passed interim order and final hearing is pending. Not coming to listing for long long time.
Now, I have filed alteration under section 127 in lower court. Can lower court dismiss my 127 petition as final hearing in revision is pending in high court?
