Dear Sir/Madam,

If a Charitable Trust wants to appoint some employees for its day to day social work what kind of rules and regulations shall be applicable to such an employee, is there any format for such an appointment?

No readymade rules are available.

Rules and regulations are to be tailor made to suit the need and requirement of the trust.

Engage a Lawyer for this purpose.

Trust can decide its own rules as there are no prescribed service rules for the employees o be appointed by charitable trust. An employment is an employment and there is no separate laws for the word charitable.
