Is there any problem in the will deed

My Father 72 yrs old, having health issues. and hence would like to write "will deed' about the house property , where he is staying. we are 5 sisters and 1 youngest bro. The property is self earned by my father. After my father's time and mother's time, the property should go to my youngest sister as we most of us agreed. Writing this in the will deed , will it be sufficient ? or should we have to sell it to her now itself, if yes then we want our parents to be in that house till their time. kindly guide us. Thanks Ramila

Issue of arrest warrant

Hi,

I got successful in convincing the court that my wife had the intention of fraud in her mind at the time of issuance of cheque and subsequently she made the stop payment as per her evil plan. Cognizance has been taken against my wife u/s 420 IPC & 138 NI and summon has been issued for her appearance. I am confident that she will not appear in the court as she did not not even appear in my RCR case and it is going ex parte. My query to the experts is

What should I do in the next court date. How to get arrest warrant issued against her. She is residing in a different state. Kindly suggest me about my next move to bring her to face the criminal trial. I also want to oppose her AB plea at the session court, if she applies for it. I have evidence against her which will show that she has done several activities related to finance which no good wife is expected to do.

Construction completion certificate

Sir,

Is construction Completion Certificate mandatory in Tamilnadu? I have asked my builder the same. But they ignored and told me as my Flat is under Panchayat Approval. So it is not applicable.

If Construction Completion Certificate is mandatory, What should i do further to get the same or action against Builder?

Reservation in sbi

Dear Sir,
SBI recently issued an advertisement for recruitment of Special Management Executive
https://www.sbi.co.in/portal/documents/44978/143453/CRPD+AD_July2014+issue_Eng.pdf/4c8ca38c-cafa-480c-a9a6-e0359a2f3c4c

I belong to People with disability (PWD) - Hearing Impaired (HI) category. It is observed that SBI, in it's above recruitment, have not reserved any seats for HI candidates in PWD category. Is it not must for a PSU to have reservation for all 3 disabilities (hearing, visual, orthopaedic) if they have reservation for PWD category in their advertisement? Why the discrimination for HI candidates?
thanks in advance

Obtaining patta in tamil nadu

Sir

I have a 4 cent site near Pollachi, Coimbatore area, DTP approved. I bought
it before 2 years. I have bought this land from a layout promoter. I heard that
PATTA is needed for this site. Now a days, patta is given along with registration documents, but before 2 years, patta had to be applied separately.

Can you tell me how to obtain patta? Is it a tedious process? Do I have to
frequently visit the government offices for this? Do I have to go to the
Registrar office or go to VAO? How much time it will take and what will be
the amount to be spent for this? I also want to know the use of "patta".

Is patta necessary to for apply for bank loans for house construction?

Can RTI be used to obtain patta? or will the govt officials get angry if I use RTI?
