Hello All,
1.498A DP ACT 3 &4 filed against me and my family members in the month of MAY 2013
2.Police completed investigation withdrawn my parents and sister name and submit the charge sheet to the court in the month of December 2013 (498A DP ACT 4)
3.I have received summon from the court in the month January
4.After receiving charge sheet from the court ,I have approached the High Court for the Stay ,High court said that approach lower court first then come to High Court.
5.Agin I have filed Discharging petition ,I have filed in Lower Court ,argument supposed to happened in the last week
6.In this situation my Lawyer is saying that my wife sent a complaint to Magistrate directly to reinvestigate the matter
7.Judge said that ,argument will be here'd for both discharging and reinvestigation in the next week.
MY QUESTION:
1.Reinvestigation complaint can be filed as a direct complaint to the magistrate?
2.As per Supreme court guidelines I understood that ,Police has to initiate reinvestigation process is it true?
3.If any supreme court guidelines for Reinvestigating the case ,please share with me
4.Already I got stay for DV ACT case ,whether it will help me in this case?
5.Please send me the details/Procedure regarding reinvestigation

Respected Sir,
I m a Law Student. I have a query regarding Legal Practitioners Fees Rules,1973. Whether this Legal Practitioners Fees Rules,1973 is applicable throughout India or will it differ from state to state. Is there difference in calculating the Advocates fees from state to state especially for Money Suit???

Can I get precedents/ Judgements by Consumer Forums/Commissions (preferably from Maharashtra) on deficency in service by co-operative hsg society to its member, showing that member can file complaints in consumer court against the Hsg. society. Thanks in advance. Manish

R/s,
Due to disputes between me and my wife our married life is going to breakdown.My wife and her mother were filed a false case of 498 and Domestic Violence on me and my family.
Because we have a daughter of age 4 years I want to settle all these court matters and cases.But before that I want my wife and her parents don't do such again because of which my family life would be disturbed in future.So for that on the basis of which conditions can I return her at my home.Please tell me.

fake and cooked fir was created by police against me but when court examined the facts found contradiction and everything fake and passed order in my favour, matter is Aquital and now I am charge free from charged sections, but for what court wants again bail in this matter. when I will be able to file case against the police men for cooking fake case and my defamation, as I am a reputed business man of my city, I am B.Tech in Aeronautics and corporate Trainer also, I want clear cut solution to my queries, I can pay for that I think IPC sec from 193 to 200 and 500 can satisfy my issue

Dear Sir,
I m now in a big trouble. Please help me out. I am a muslim men and got married in august 2013.
i am MOHAMMAD (Ansari) resindg at ghaziabad (U.P)and girl Nasrin Wahabi) is resident of Bihar.
(The date 24.8.2012 at bihar Aara the selection for each other girls and boys.and discussion.)
(i and my two sister and their husband and my mother and my khala was there.) After selection my 2nd father in law asked me that do you want any dowry. i told him i don't need any dowry.But girl should be agree and ready for marriage and girl should not having any kind medical or any kind of problem(ladki khud se razi hona chahiye. aur use kisi tarah ki beemari nhi honi chahiye).after both family acceptance. then we moved from there.and we return to ghaziabd.
My wife looking to file a case with support of there relative. as per i concern they trying to force me that i should offer her for divorce and they will file case against me. So that they can get a good amount of money.
Becasue i felt that girl is having a mentally problem. she is short temper. She always trying to fight. at every midnight. if i ignored her word she forced me to talk to her.
Girl is having a medicine (Migrain Medicine(Head Headach)) withought my knowledge. after forcing to know she did not telling me neither theire family. responding me.
After ignoring these. Girl looking small small mistakes and my conversation to any kind of issues so that she can fight with me.
After getting a pregnant she forced me to bring medicine for abortion.
After 2 month of marriage she got pregnant. she force me bring Medicine. and blame that he feed me forcibly.
After 8 month she again pregnant.which she don't want. So said keep it. she again fight with next 15 days.
When i again i agree and bring the medicine she again blamed me that i forcibly feed that medicine to her all family relative except my family.
And She and her family saying that if anything will happen They will not able to live in delhi (ghaziabad). And girl always giving me dhamki that Sabko Fasa dungi. Tumhare Jijao ko pitawa dungi. Aur mujhe bahut bura bura kahti rahti.
And now a days my village at Bihar they are promoting that i am torturing the Girl.
Girl every day talk to there family. more than 2 hours a day.
So please help me out neither i am living hapily. i thinking to suicide. what i need to do. i am feeling my life completly dump.

Kindly suggest I'm working in a pvt ltd company service provider in health care sector.They appoint me from 01/03/2014 for senior manager international operation medical tourism.First month salary i got in cash after that i don't get salary.The directors told me everytime when bank account is open we will issue a cheque with all dues in one installment till now they will not open a bank account and not issued me salary from april.Today he replied of my mail my fnf period is complete on 15.08.2014 even till today they were not issued notice and also i am not resigned till yet.
kindly assist me.

Notification no. 04/2014-service tax
Respected sir/madam
My query is whether notification no. 04/2014- service tax dated 17/02/2014 exempting services by way of loading, unloading, packing, storage or wareshousing of rice from service tax , by amending the notification no. 25/2012-service tax dated 20th june 2012 is having a retrospective effect from 20th june 2012 or not.
i shall be very much thankful for resolving the said query.
