Respected Sir, Weather Principal Civil judge can give the relief of the declaration for " As Adoptive Child". In Case of Hindu family father have only daughters and no son than can he adopt a child who is his nephew? Or if it is yes so can he claim in the property? If there is no written evidence which saws that he is the adoptive child than? what is the share in the ancestral property of the daughters in father's immovable property?

my father is staying with my step mother . he has been declared as a psychiatry patient . Now most of the account held my father is in joint account with my step mother when this FD get mature my step mother will deposit this FD in this account and withdraw the money . which has already happen .I have a sister also . Now is there any way that only money can be withdraw for his medical with the knowledge of all the legal dependents. Can i get legal order in this matter MY fathers age is 78 years cannot be cured

WE HAVE ALLLEGAL DOCUMENTS IN FAVOUR OF MY FATHER.HE IS TRYING TO GET ALLEGED IN FALSE CRIMNAL CASES SO THAT WE MAY COMPROMISE TO GIVE THE PLOT FREE OF COST.AS MY FATER HAVE GOOD PROPERTY SO HE IS SEEKING TO GET IT ON BAHALF OF FALSE CASES.HE TELLS THAT CASES DOES NOT SEEN IN COURT THEY ARE SEEN IN CHAMBERS OF MAGISTRATES.HE WILL ALSO TRY TO BRIBE THE S.D.M. AS HE IS PRACTISING IN THAT TEHSIL COURT.OTER WAYS ON 30-3-14 HE CAME ON MY PLOT TO HITEED ME AND MY BROTHER AND INJURED MY BROTHER.HE ALSO GET INJURED ON THAT SPOT TO DEFEND OURSELVES.BOTH HE AND WE LOGGED F.I.R.S AS CROSS CASE.CASE WAS INVESTIGATED BY S.H.O..BOTH WE AND HE WERE ALLEGED UNDER I.P.C. 323,504,506.AFTER THIS HE IS TRYING TO PRESSERISE WITH THE HELP OF SOME ADVOCATES OF HIS CATEGORY.SOME ADVOCATES ADVISED ME TO GET COMPLAINT OF HIM TO STAT BAR COUNCIL.WHAT SHOULD I DO TO TAKE FURTHER ACTION.AS HIS FATHER WAS A CRIMINAL REMAIND IN JAIL FOR SEVERAL YEARS AND GAVE PENALTY IN A CASE OF I.P.C.307.HE IS SAYING THAT MANY CASES WILL COME TO YOU.

Family disputes property matter is pending in court between brothers and sisters. Some of my family members are filling this court cases complaints regarding this family disputes property matter at my work place to my employer and also stating in complaint to my employers to direct me to withdrew court cases so and so due to which I had to face lots of embarrassment within my colleagues. Kindly suggest if I can file any complaint with police or in court against my family members for filing complaint at my workplace and causing me embarrassment that when case is already pending in court why are they filing complaints at my workplace. Please advice if I can file complaint under domestic violence with police or can I file complaint in court against my family members for filing complaints at my workplace to my employers. Please advice.

A PERSON IS WORKING IN A SCHOOL AND IS DRAWING A SALARY OF RS. 20000/- PER MONTH AND PAYS EPF RS. 780/- AND CARRIES HOME RS. 19220. IS TDS APPLICABLE FOR EACH MONTH ? THE SAME PERSON HAS TAKEN LEAVE FOR THREE MONTHS AND THE TOTAL EARNINGS PER YEAR HAS BEEN LESS THAN TWO LAKHS. IS TDS APPLICABLE ?

Cheque bounce issue
Can anyone please provide me the information regarding, If in case of cheque bounce issue, can the defendent able to claim that the writings on the cheque are not from his hand writting other than the signature. whether it will be accepted by the coury. And If it is proven correct will it change the course of the case.
