Respected Sir / Madam,
I am a Hindu Guy who has married to a catholic girl in december 2011 but we have not made marriage certificate till date and now my wife is due for delivery in the next month. Below mentioned is query -
1. Since I dont have a marriage certificate would like to know an alternate way to get my wife's middle name and surname changed before delivery (within a month). The reason for me to do this is because I will be registering my wife's new name in the hospital for delivery so that her new name appears on the clild's birth certificate and because of this my wife will have to provide documents to change her name in office records and bank account to avail company medical maternity claim.
Kindly let me know the procedure to change my wife's name without applying for marriage certificate as she has been advised complete best rest.

Hello,
my father worked with a person as an agent to send people abroad. Everything was fine but one day that person and company gets disappeared. My father already spent much money in that. the clients are now saying to my father to return their money. and one of his client has charged FIR against him. My father is away from home now so that police could not caught him.
Please suggest what should we do now?? How can we grant a bail? What is the Process? For how many days my father has to stay away from home? And how many days are required to take a bail.
Please suggest fast as we are in a big problem.

I have a specific query that whether non furnishing of forms 15CA and 15CB by the resident(assessee) when rendering payments to a non resident may amount to 'material non disclosure' on the part of the assessee and can the same be used as a reason by the AO to reopen assessment even after 4 years?
Further, since the Original Notification in this regard came on July 2009, so will the same govern any payments which have been furthered by a resident to a non resident in AY 2008-09?

Hello everyone
I got married in the month of novemeber 2013.My husband stays at Delhi and I have a job in Mumbai.
Recently my father inlaw passed away and I went to the inlaw's place for the same.After 12 days, I went to Delhi with him to stay for a few days. But the next day only there was a fight between us as he was saying to me to leave the job and when i denied,he slapped me. I came to my parents place after that.Same day my inlaws tried to contact me but i dint pick up.But afterwards as I was not picking up the phone he called on my brother's phone and told him either you make her leave the job or send the papers for divorce.
Then my parents called him to meet him to talk but he told he will meet and never called back.
It been 3 months, he has not called back.
From the beginning of my marriage, he tries to avoid me for some reason.I want to file a divorce.Please suggest me the next course of action.

i) I have filed domestic violence case against my Husband. Court has granted me nominal maintenance in divorce case filed by my Husband. May i can demand for maintenance again under DV case?
II ) I have filed domestic violence case against my Husband since 2011, AS per assurance of court to take the matter fast i had not demanded maintenance. But due to Advocates and court case procedure became slow. now cross of me and my witness is over. may i can demand for maintenance and my jewellery which was given to me by my parents from court at this stage? or i will have to wait for end of the case?
No relief given to me in domestic violence act, so please give me proper suggestion. due to this my Husband is not ready to take the Divorce on mutual agreement.
ii) To get the mutual divorce is it require to file any application in court?
Please suggest.

If in charge police station called a person at its police station regularly and not informed that person what investigation they conducting against him. What is remedies available to that person can he called status report of wt investigation pending against him by applying to judicial magistrate. Is there any provision or authority on it.

Dear Experts,
I have come across a property which is under construction and the first owner of the property is a Karta having an HUF account. The property is purchased solely on his name as Karta of the HUF.
I require an advice on the below aspects:
1. Can we purchase such a property from the Karta of HUF without registration?
2. Can we proceed on doing registration in our name before the HUF gets a possession?
3. The builder has imposed some additional charges in terms of development if the property is being sold to a second owner, if still under construction. Hence, can we book the property and refrain from doing registration till the first owner gets possession and then wait for our registration later?
4. As per point 3 above, what do I have to be pracautious about? If the Karta is not alive untill possession, can someone part of HUF challenge this?
5. Can we ask Karta to create a irrevocable Power of Attorney against the purchaser name by paying the booking amount. The remaining amount being paid post registration (as we will have to avail loan) with clause to pay specific amounts in intervals or pay interest (say 10%) on the remaining amount per annum?
6. Is it possible to take a home loan if we have a Power of Attorney?
Please clarify the above questions at the earliest.

Buying agricultural land in maharashtra
Sir,
I am an NRI and interested in buying agricultural land in Maharashtra. However as per rules a non farmer cannot buy a agricultural land. I don't have any agricultural lands in father's or mother's name. My wife fathers has some agricultural land and his name is present on 7/12 extract along with his brothers name.
My wife's name is not on 7/12 extract.
My queries are as belows.
1. Can I buy agricultural land legally on my wife's name?
2. If so , Can she gift the agricultural land to me once i return to India?
3. If so , Can I buy second agricultural land if my wife's name has appeared on 7/12 extract of first purchase?
4. Any other legal ways of doing it?
5. My sister is married and she has farm land her name on 7/12 extract, will it be any use for me to buy agricultural land? Her name is added post marriage.
