Is there any way to prove it ?

WE ALL ARE 9 BROTHERS SISTER(5 SISTERS +4 BROTHERS),WAY BACK IN 1976 OUR MOTHER WHO WAS ONLY CHILD TO THEIR PARENT HAD AN DISPUTE PENDING IN CIVIL COURT REGARDING A BIG PLOT OF LAND AGAINST HIS FIRST COUSION. OUR PARENTS DIED IN 1976, LATER A COMPROMISE DEAL WAS STRUCK BETWEEN US(AS LRs) and my mothers cousin, and issue was sorted out of court.
since we all were young our eldest brother received a some of rs 1,50,000 as our share,
now 4 brothers purchased a land for rs 100,000rs in name of son of eldest brother who was just 10 years old then.(it was a sort of benaami property that way as all of them were in govt. job and total monthly salary of all 4 were not more then 800 rs) and rest of the amount rs 50000 were divided among 4 brothers. we all 5 sisters were not given anything, and all we have is the agreement on which signature of my eldest brother is there only accepting to receiing 150000 as our share, also we have the copy of the receit and papers of property which was purchased in name of eldest brothers son, is there any way in which we can prove legally in court that the said property was purchased from the money received is there any similar or somewhat case any one has ever come across.kindly refer that in case you know.
obviously, our terms with our brothers are not good, now, and out of 5 sisters 2 have died and 2 are not interested as they believe there is no way out.they have given up,only I am the one who wants to move ahead for getting my 1/9 share in the property. kindly suggest most practical course of actions which can be undertaken!

Supplementary chargesheet

My clients name was there in the FIR in a case but subsequently she dint figure in the charge-sheet which was filed within the stipulated 90 days. But subsequent to that after a year of filing the main charge-sheet the police went to her home with a warrant

Can a supplementary charge-sheet be filed and is there a time limit to filing it and is there a deadline for filing the supplementary charge-sheet even after lapse of 90 days?

secondly can the police issue a warrant after the main charge sheet has been filed?

How can this case be quashed?

A group of three boy was standing at road side after performing namaz around 11 o'clock at night. A vehicle of Police came and inquired about them and detained and made FIR and falsely imposed IPC sec 398/401 and presented to Trial Court. They were sent to judicial custody while they were innocent. After a few days they are acquitted on bail. One of boy is my friend his age about 16th and just passed High School this year and about to get admission in 11th class. they were unlawfully detained and presented in court. Before presenting in court they were asked to bribe 50 thousand by Police which they did not give.
.
My question is my friend is a student and is minor according to High School Mark-sheet. Can his name from this Case be quashed or he will be punished with imprisonment as Sec 398/401 prescribes.
If he is imprisoned again then his school life will be ruined.
Please tell me procedure to quash his name from this case.

Land tilled by us snatched by miscreants

Bought land during 1953 and tilled by us with labourers.During 1974-75 due to LRF act miscreants took land by filing as themselves as tiller.Land tribunal/AC also upheld the same but after our High court writ pettn and order also AC declrd after spot inspn & other parties version etc.,conferred rights on the other party. We have RTC upto 1974 but later it was transfered to the other party .A lorry driver claimed land(abt 4 acres) and died later on leaving land barren but sold it to others before death.Driver's son-in-law now claims the land. With the available tax paid recpts upto 1974-75,RTC,highcourt orders,AC ORDERS and land not tilled since more than 20/25 years can we go for court/appeal to high court? OR what are the options left for us?The case is purely mastermind of crooked people with lavish money spent/taken with all sorts of illegallity/muscle power/rowdy acts etc.,
Father died due to loss of land and as legal heirs what possibilities are there
after so many years? Pl clarify
