I want to get information about my wife employement,salary details from the office,she is working (Panchayat Union Office) under RTI Act on line.
Since,DV act case on me is pending,I need this details. How to draft a requestion letter and how to apply for this online.
Pls help me in this regard.

Dear Experts,
I have been falsely accused under section 366 A and 376 by my ex girlfriend father..me and my girlfriend had eloped out to Hyderabad bcz we couldn't bare the torture by our parents... once we were caught and returned to Bangalore, me and my girlfriend family had discussion and decided that we both shld get married...as i was only 19 years old and my girlfriend still 17 yrs and 8 months old my father opposed ur marriage and said that we can only get married once we attain marriage age but in rage my gf father filed a false case under the above sections and now its been 2 and half years of the case been filed still it is running in CCH 51 of Bangalore civil court..all the evidences are tried and the father of my gf told out the truth that he filed a case in fit of rage and when doctor was questioned even he said that there is no point of forceful sex or grievous injury on the girls body and he said it as consensual sex and my girlfriends also said the same as we both eloped with our will..so all the things are clear and now the case is heading towards the closure phase but my lawyer has filed a application under section to recall the 5 evidences i.e girl, father, mother, SI, and doctor, but the judge opposed it she asked my kawyer that all have given there statements then why u want to call them again,,so for tht he said he has few more questions to ask..to which judge has given a date on 21-08-2014 for objection, when i asked the lawyer that all the evidences have turned hostile then why are you calling them...he is saying tht he has to ask some more question and if not allowed to ask then it will cause me a problem..everytime i ask him he says section 376 has no role to play in ur case now as all the evidence have said that it is consensual but 366 A has 10 years of imprisonment if not properly argumented...where the girl itself has given all the information infront of judge that how we eloped were we boarded the bus in which hotels we stayed and how we rented a house...everything even though my lawyer fears me of consequences saying it is a conviction case and we have to be very careful and is delaying the case for the sake of money..so can someone please help me in this and clear to me that even if all the evidences are hostile will i be convicted and please give me a suggestion.

i am binay kr mishra from patna,my father have some land in his native place(chapra)and all land was bakhishnama by grandfather to father through court in 1989.last year my uncle sold some land to a person who is gunda.and my father suit case against him and uncle Sec144,sec107,Sec188,civil case,and Sec 420.and Sec 144 result SDO given to my fater favour.but my question is that bakhishnama will be cancelled or not because uncle told to my father that bakhishnama was cancelled

Hi... in my birth certificate my mother name is "C.Pallaniammal", after she changed her name to "Amutha Gunesekaran"(Gunasekaran my Father name). Now i changed my mopther name in the government gazette. Is this proof(GOV GAZETTE ) enough for name proof or i should change in the birth certificate too. Please help me.
Note: I have other proofs in my hand.

Dear Sir,
I was removed from the job after 22 years of service , I was working as a Helper in a factory at Rs. 5850/Month however my Settlement of gratuity,bonus etc is not being paid and i am being unnecessary harassed since last 6 months
Kindly advise if which court should I approach for recovery of our dues

HIGH COURT order is passed and the writ order was delivered to the sr. Inspector of police in mumbai to register F I R or Take action under I P C .A complain letter was given with the order. Its been a week and now the holidays and my life is in danger and when I went to the concerned police St. Several times the sr inspector is telling me he has some other important work to do. In such a situation what I should do because yhe action taken even after investigation will take time.But right now the police is not taking the matter and the high court order seriously. Can I Approach the high crt with some Applications ir some other such complains against the police officer for not taking action.

a father purchased some land in the name of his minor son, after attaining majority the son was got married and after some time he died issue less. now the wife alone is left as his legal heir. But now the father is claiming the above said land. whether the father will have any right over it. because he purchased the land in the name of his minor son, so the father is claiming it. But wife is the first class legal heir and mother also ., kindly give me citation that the father will not have any right over minors property.

Me and one boy were in relation almost for 2 years, he promised me that he will marry me ( we were having lot of difference like family background , cast , age etc ) I always told him( before ) that I know our marriage is not possible , but he always insists and forced me to stay ( I want to go very early from his life when we were not having that much problems, but now he started avoiding me and tells me that his family will not allow for our marriage.
we had physical relations also, and he now he is telling he will not marry me,because he will not go against his parents.
My question is Can I do some legal case against him ???
because as per my knowledge just based on the promises one cannot prove that someone has cheated you???
I watched 401 and 402 episode of crime patrol on sony which is having a similar story and got some hope that case can be done.

can an individual press charges against the presiding judge if the court proceedings are not conducted in a proper manner. Can the Chief Justice of India be notified about this ? kindly list out the relevant provisions?
facts: the judge has been conducting the trial one sided. the facts provided by the plaitiff has been contradictory and judge has not pressed charges for perjury and more over he has taken all such facts as evidence against the defendant.

How to serve notice to wife working in uae but at unknown address?
One friend filed for divorce on ground of mental cruelty and separation against wife.
Since she was staying in her parent's house and working in a nearby private firm after the separation, husband used her parent's house address as her residential address in the divorce petition and the court sent notice to the same address which returned mentioning 'addressee not available at the address'.
On inquiring he came to know that she left India to avoid receiving the notice and staying with one of her relative's family in UAE and not sure whether she is working there or not.
His advocate is not giving clear answers to his questions about serving notice, and says its civil case and so a bit difficult to serve notice without correct address.
So, please let me know how to get the notice served in this situation, and other possible ways to proceed further.
