Dear Experts,
my cousin brother is willing to invest. there is one building, in which there are 4 garages and one shop available. my cousin is interested to buy one shop and one garage and his partner wants 3 garages. but his partner wants to make a combine sale deed for all this units and later wants to execute a MOU between them to specify the units for each. is this deed is safe? is MOU safe? please advise.. thanking you in anticipation...

sir, thanks a lot for the reply,,, I bought in the year 2011 april, and sold the flat when it was completed in june 2014.. and illegal transfer fees was charged recently in june 2014.
now please clarify the scene, whether I can file the case in consumer court,,for the recovery of the same from builder...

Sir,
Widow with 1 daughter & 2 sons sold her only flat in society (transferred to her name after her husband's death) to purchaser.
Her 2nd son's wife (who does not stay with them for 4-5 years)immediately after flat sold, files civil case in Mumbai & claims injunction against defendants (including widows all 5 family member). But no one (defendants) attend the case since case started, now its 2.5 years.
When purchaser heard about it, he intervined case by Chamber of Summons & informed judge that he purchased the flat by registered Sale Deed paying stamp duty with bank loan, etc. & never attend case again.

Please tell me what is meaning of online case status - DISMISSAL, whether case will dismissed in next hearing ?
Any suggestion to purchaser ?

respected members i need proper sale deed( of Land) format in english executed by limited company in favor of limited company which covers all terms and conditions.

My advocate told me this is not possible to transfer the case in Mumbai high court , b'coz marriage place in pune.But only marriage place in pune , my born & school & parents home in mumbai .
so this is right - i can't possible to transfer the case in mumbai high court.
Please suggest what i do . i don't want to go my native place.
