KINDLY, LET ME KNOW IF THE AMMENDMENTS MADE IN HS ACT 2005, IS IT SO THAT THE DAUGHTERS WHOSE PARENT DIES AFTER THIS AMMENDMENT CAME INTO FORCE WILL ONLY BE ELIGIBLE FOR EQUAL SHARE IN PROPERTY.

sir thank you for the reply. sir you told me to file a petition in high court of karnataka. sir what petition is it 482 petition or wp petition to disposed the discharge petition in the lower court since it is pending since may 2013. on september 2013 the pp has filed the objection

Sir,
My wife file case under section 97 crpc before SDO, xxxxxxxxx and SDO change the custody of my daughter instantly. I pray before High Court u/s 482 CRPC and High Court pass STAY OF OPERATION of the order against SDO.
In spite of stay order of High Court SDO and my wife refuse to return back my child. Thereafter I pray before the High Court, Calcutta by Contempt Petition and the petition admitted and High Court order to send notice to SDO and my wife. But still they refuse to comply High Court order.
Please let me inform
1. When I will get the custody?
2. What may be outcome of the case?

Hi Everyone,
This is my story. I married in Feb 2013 in Ludhiana. After marriage we came to hyderabad as I work there,my home is their.My wife left home ( Hyd) in Oct 2013.She filed a 498A complaint in Women Cell, Ludhiana on 5 March 2013 against me and my parents. I attended 3 out of 5 dates till 26 May 2014.
In Women Cell proceedings , I said i want to bring her back. On 20th June 2014 ( case was filed) , I applied for RCR. On 20th July 2014, I received 41A notification informing about 498A, 406 FIR dated 8th July 2014 against my parents and myself , and return of Stridhan to appear before police on 28th July 2014.My RCR was delivered after they had filed FIR.
My questions:
a) Can anyone suggest me a good lawyer in Chandigarh as I am anticipating a Maintainance/Interim Maintainanace Case under CrPc 125 in Ludhiana.My first appeal will be in Ludhiana where I have a Lawyer.But I don't know in Chandigarh at Punjab and Haryana High Court.Under what conditions CrPC 125 becomes applicable ?What points can i mention to challenge CrPC 125. Can she claim maintainance under HMA 24 and HMA 25 , But I think she will have to come here in Hyderabad if wants to claim maintainance under Sec 24/25.
b) Also, I need a good SC lawyer in Delhi as I want to apply transfer petition on jurisdiction ground.
c) My parents got Anti bail. My hearing is on 20Aug 2014 for Interim Bail.What if I don't get Interim Bail. I am planning to go Punjab & Haryana HC , if I don't get bail in Ludhiana District Court.
Please advise at earliest.

Dear Sir/ Madam,
This is reference my mother (Muslim) property (Agriculture land in Karnataka) matter, My Mother has only one youngest brother,now they want share their property right,but when my mother demand her share right, they had prepared fake bond document with fake thumb impression say that i am will fully giving my share to my youngest brother,but as per mother concerned no such documents is prepared & sign, this documents has prepared in back date (1986) & all witness are died to said document.
Kindly help us to resolved the said matter.

Dear sir,
my query is regarding Result once decleared "PASS" by Nagpur University and within a week it changed as "Fail" stating that there is bonafide mistake can it possible even though there is bonafide mistake of administraton.
can student eligible to put writ/PIL in tht interest of number of student.
is there any provision to get relief in consumer court.

i am a accused in a case since 2012.
the section is 420ipc 120b 419ipc.
sir my advocate has filed a discharge petition. on may 2013. and on september 2013 the objections were filled my the public prosecutor.sir when a case come for hear the court has adjoured the matter for four time.
now what i can do can i fill a petition in high court of karnataka or session court to dispose the discharge petition as early as possible. please advice me sir. because the judge is not giving to time for argument. just giving dates sir

Good Evening Experts,
My mother applied for a fresh passport, she don't have marriage certificate.
My father & mother separated approximately 25 years back.
Passport authorities asked for Annexure 'K' or Divorce decree or marriage certificate.
We don't have any interaction with my Father last 25 years, we have proof of court decree documents which was awarded in maintenance case. There is nothing mentioned about divorce in that document.
Passport office asking for only Annexure 'K' from Judicial First Class magistrate or Divorce copy in absent of marriage certificate.
Now the problem is how to get the First Class magistrate approval, is it reqyired to to file any petition or directly can we approach the Judge with any local advocate with court decree(maintanance case) document.
Currently we are staying in Hyderabad, and the Maintenance Decree happens through LokAdalat in another district where we stayed long back (10 years back maintance decree done).
Can we obtain in hyderabad where currently we are staying or do we need to get the certificate from my native place court where decree has been passed.
Please advice me this process, as when i contacted few people, there told judge will not give consent for this type of cases, we have to go with Divorce approach. But this will take long time and money and unnecesary deprecion to my mother.
I searched in this site but not seeing the relevent query, hence posting this please.
