respected sirs,
an FIR was registered against me and 3 others three years ago... it was a false complaint... police enqiured and submitted a CLOSURE REPORT and referred the case to the court as a false case.. court have accepted the refer report... after a while i cheked the police station records with my lawyer for my case details and there was written
1.the case is referred
2.the date on which it is referred
my query is, is there any procedure tat ,after accepting the refer report the court should inform about it to the police station and tat info subsequently should be mentioned in the police station records along with the above ??

I am Shrikant Jain from Khandwa ,Madhya Pradesh . I need your expert advice on a person having two surname .Our family surname is “ Saraf” and cast surname is “Jain” and my father’s education certification are with SARAF ( Family Surname) i.e. Dr. Shreyans Saraf and later he started using cast surname and all the other national identities, certificates, Ration card are as “ JAIN” i.e. Dr. Shreyans Jain.
In fact I have mentioned my father’s name Dr. Shreyans Jain in my all documents , Identities ,educational certificates.
Now my father have to apply for Indian Passport , so suggest me by which name he use to apply and does he need any affidavit to present to passport office for his two surnames and if I call his on dependent visa to any other country , then at that time will it be problem for us.
Kindly advice .

Hello ,
I have a step brother who never helped my parents for a single penny or by physically in their critical time and after death of my father he claims that he is having share in my father's hard earned property ...
My father was aware of his habit that's why he prepared a will in the name of my mother and three children excluding my step brother but unfortunatlly this will was prepared on the last days of my fathers life when sufferring from cancer that's why will couldn't get register, its a noterrised wil now..
What we can do now in this case when doesn't have any right.?

Hello,
I am planning to purchase a flat in sector-44 nerul navi mubai. It is a 12.5% goathan extension scheme property. The status as follow.
1. Triparty agreement was executed in 2006, between original land owener & builder. Builder sell the flat to buyer and I am purchasing resale flat from buyer.
2. Builder got Commencement certificate & occupancy certificate (OC) from Cidco.
3. Builder hand over the possession in 2007. But society is not formed till date. They told me that it is under process.
Kindly confirm me is it a title clear property? if yes, what are the document I should ask from them. Already they have give me Triparty agreement, commencement certificate, occupancy certificate, agreement to sell.

அந்த உயில்லில் இருப்பது என்னவென்றாள்

1). அவனை அந்த வீட்டினை விற்கவிடாமல் தடுக்க எனக்கோ இல்லை என் மகனுக்கோ உரிமை உள்ளதா?
2). அவன் விற்றால் அதில் ஒரு கனிசமான பங்கு கேட்க என் மகனுக்கு உரிமை உள்ளதா?
3)அந்த வீட்டில் என் மகனுக்கு எந்த அளவுக்கு உரிமைகள் உள்ளது?

Hi,
I represent a mobile application development company based in Mumbai.
We are planning to launch a Kamasutra based mobile application for Apple & Android phones, the application will be made available in India & worldwide.
The application will have illustrated drawings of characters, but the drawing is carefully done in such a way that private parts of the characters are not revealed, so that it does not have any ponography in the app.
My queries are:
1. Is there any legal issue in launching this application from India?
2. Currently similar apps are already available in the app stores, but will it be a issue in launching it in India.
3. Pls let me know if any law needs to be considered before launching this app.

Hi,
My father used to live in Patna in a govt flat. He kept a maid who used to serve him.
When he was very ill i took him to our Saharsa(Hometown) as Dr said there is no hope now. He passed away last year. Now i got to know that he purchased that flat in some govt auction and the maid has transferred the flat in her name. She says she has a WILL which says this flat belongs to her.
My questions are
1. If she really has that will can i claim that flat oe not.
2. If that will also says that the pension should go to her, can she also get pension in her name.
3. Does my mother has right to take the pension?

I bought new 1 BHK FLAT in pimpri chinchwad area , Maharashtra. Please help me how much should be minimum stamp paper cost for 11 month lease & license agreement with tenant.
And if agreement need to resister in registration office or NOTARY is enough for the same.

Reg right over property
My Father sold(not sure ) a house around 14 years back. Me and my brother were minors and had no clue about it and my mom also didnt know much abt the transaction . Now after 14 years some people come to our home and ask us to file for a rectification deed since the survey numbers and boundary are wrong . Also when I looked at the sale deed the signature didnt look like my fathers . Should I go ahead a file a case claiming this property . Please advice .
