Dear Experts,
I have gone through the Maharashtra Apartments Ownership Act, 1970, but still i have some queries regarding the same. following are the same
1) After the Declaration and the Apartment Deed executed is it require to form/registered the Association of Apartment Owners in the office of the Co-operative Society?
2) After the Declaration and the Apartment Deed executed is it require to execute & Registered the Conveyance Deed or it is deemed that the land is already conveyed to the individual apartment owners in their proportionate share?
3) if no conveyance is require then how can we transfer property cards in the names of Association of Apartment owners? sir please help me in this matter.

I have vehicle activa which is in my fathers name. My father passed away 3 years back but i am duly paying it insurance till date . Insurance is still in fathers name. My question is how can i transfer it to my name or to my sister name. My other family members are.. my mother and sister only..
When i enquired in local court they say i have to put a case and then i can change my name.. Cost of this work will be Rs.10000/- approx...
Please suggest me what is the easy procedure to transfer the name.

Dear Sir,
Yesterday I receive a call from Vigilance department that i have been booked U/S 135 and I have to file my reply at Session court. I have never received any document or notice before and i am not aware of which basis they have filled an FIR. Please advise whether FIR can be registered without issuing any Show Cause notice or the concerned department has full authorities to arrest me without giving the relevant documents or without giving any opportunity. The concerned officer is insisting upon to meet him other wise arrest warrants would be issued. I have send an email and request them to provide details of the matter. Please advise.

Dear Legal Fraternity!
Am a Pvt Ltd Co MD with 1 Lakh share capital started a year back and managing an unsigned FOCO (Franchise Owned & Company Operated Unit). A friend of mine invested 23L on the Unit and am managing it with a team.
Recently the Franchise turned hostile as he wanted his Investments back (premature, while the investments are safe as CAPEX in a educational unit and yet to generate profit) & has lodged a Complaint that I have committed Forgery on his finances. the Complainant has handled all the financial transactions for vendor payments etc since inception. However operating expenditure management of the Edu Unit is done by the team. We have not had an agreement of FOCO or otherwise between us in the past as it started off on a friendly basis and by the time we arrrived at the necessary procedures for the Unit the Complainant turned hostile. He has used unsavory methods to retrieve moneys in the past while the Unit has managed to keep its cool and be stable with minimum funding through inherent fee incomes & personal funding from my side,
I am now meeting the Police (SI) for the first round of discussion. I am hoping to seek a copy of the written complaint that the complainant has submitted to the police. I want to know the content of his claims to understand the nature of complaint & to respond to the same with my version of the case.
I do not want the Police to proceed with one sided story of the case. They seem to have built a perception which I would like to counter with facts.
Query 1: Am I well within my rights to claim a copy of the complaint registered with the Police ( The Police has not registered an FIR and the process that is happening right now is informal) .
Query 2 : Kindly refer a good lawyer (preferably Pondicherry or Chennai) who can consider reasonable fees to support my stand against the Complainant as I dont have strong legal supports back home. I will also need help to guide me on documentations and the steps that I need to take in the next sittings if any and further proceedings.

My grandfather have agricultural land in uttar Pradesh. The property belongs to him ‘ in name of RAM LAKHAN “ . he is now residing in Durgapur. And executed a general power of attorney to his sons name.but the all document like voter card and ration card have name “RAM LAKHAN VERMA” . and general power of attorney executed with “RAM LAKHAN VERMA”.
Is there any problem arise at time of sale of property by his sons in regarding name miss match.
What should do avoid this circumstances? Please advice sir.

Can a bank terminate my salary account simply because a harsh mail to the top management re: requesting for a credit card for which phone verification was done. My employer was shocked. A new salary account has been opened in another bank. Under what circumstances can banks act like this ? Can I take any action against them ? Thank you.

for offence u/s 308/34, the opponent party had filed bailed application to MM, which got rejected. 1 accused is still under Judicial custody and other accused is still running from Court. 1st accused has been sent for remand.
I want to understand, what would be his next course of action. I mean where he would be applying for Bail and also if I want to oppose his bail application then can it be done at this stage ?
