My father in law who is muthavali has taken permission from the wakf board to sell 3.02 acres out of 75 acres private wakf trust in 1990 . For beterment of family. To build shopping complex.during 1995 to 2010 he sold almost all the land and he has also not intemated the wakf boa rd nor deposited the money with the board.nor constructed shopping complex. Please advise what type of legal action to be taken. I have also taken rIght for information act with wakf board. (The reply no sale transaction)

Sir, I wish to settle by gift deed, my self-acquired house property to my daughter of first wife who is no more, with a condition to allow my present legal wife (step-mother to the donee)to reside, if she so desires till her death. Please advise.

As an accused in sec 138 case was filed in respondents bank place. But cheque was based in my place. Since he has filed both sec 138 and 420 in single case can the case be transferred to my place.

Termination from the post at MBA institute:
Mr.S was in employment as Asst. Prof for 6y3m under BOM Order of an Educational Institute as per AICTE Rules of appointment and payments. Now 3 months notice is served for termination. The Institutes finance is fully met by the Society,no Govt. Grants are received.
What remedies are open for him?

I have always received good advices from this forum hoping to receive this time too.
So am a Nepali citizen living here in India and am in a relationship with an American Citizen. We are planning on getting married
Now we have two options either I go on a Fiance visa and marry in USA .
Or marry here and go as a spouse to USA.
I am ok with both the process depending on which is quicker easier and will make it easy for us to fetch my greencard and work permissions etc in USA
I really need expert advice

Dear Sir,
I Am 27 year Boy from Ahmedabad.
I married on 12/03/2011,and from that data my wife and my father in law make 2 to 3 time "jagda" with me and my family.
in last month they come and take theri daughter at their house and now they not come in my house.
before one year they also doing same thing and after six month we make solution withing family but again the same situation created by her.
now i wont divorce, what i have to do.
i have 10 month son, can i get her custody
and also tall me how much i have to pay for divorce and how it calculate by court.
my wife behaviors is unstable can i challenge her on ground that she is unsound mind.

please give me your advice early i am very disappointed. i cant handle situation.

What should the basis of maintenance charge for common amenities to be charged in a society having 2 bed and 3 bed flats? Is there any referance in the society act? My view is as amenities are used by all the flat members equaly,it should be charged per flat basis and not on the area of each flat. Pl comment.

I purchased a plot admeasuring 1000 Sq.yards under a registered Agreement of Sale cum General Power of Attorney. Shall I give it for Development, for the construction of a residential complex, to a builder/developer.

Doubt of husband that i was already married
I took home loan from a bank when i was unmarried. I took help of my colleague to be my co-appliant/husband to enhance my loan limit. For this purpose some false papers have to be submitted in Bank to avail loan. And in Sale Deed, i have to add my colleague's name as my Husband/co-applicant.
Now my Husband has seen those sale deed papers and doubt about my pre-marriage life.
I doubt he alongwith his family may complain against my for this in court.
But i had never married to my colleague.
pl help
