The land of the Society in which my bldg situated has been declared as Collector's land under ULC in 2006, as it has been declared as excess land held by a defunct company. Pl advice how to remove the ULC in land records in correct in property card.

Hello Friends,
I want to buy one flat in Dombivli it is very near to station which comes under KDMC. I have seen on the KDMC portal that society pays all taxes and water bills. I have on concern that the buyer is saying that you can get loan from CO-Operative banks only and not from Nationlized Banks, he is saying that property is in step of convincing with Bank and it will take one year to do. And also he said me that the society doesnot have OC of the building. And also he said me that chain of agreement is missing i.e, the first agreement between builder and First buyer is missing and he is the second buyer and he have the agreement between him and first buyer.
My question is that will bank provide me Home Loan?
And is it fine to buy such kind of flats?
And if i buy this property, risk in future? And to overcome the risk

Dear Sir,
My 7/12 has been messed up by Tehsildar. I want to file suit against encroachment and do not have the time to get 7/12 rectified. Will my registered Family Partition deed be enough to file a suit and prove my ownership?

Sir,
I been to Nitin Hero Dealers at Agra in order to purchase a bike on 7th Sep, they are charging 3875 for the Registration charges however the actual charges are 3533, when i asked the dealer why you are charging 350 extra they said its a bribe for RTO which we pass on to them, then i complaint the same to the Hero motors and i got a call from Hero Area Sales Manager , he said the same thing and asked me to pay the same and said if you want to escalate the same then you may go ahead but if you want to purchase a bike then pay the same, I have recorded the conversation in my cell phone, thereafter Now I am trying to file a FIR but police have informed the Hero Dealer owner and Hero Dealer owner phoned me and offer me to refund the INR 350 which they taken as a bribe did not accepted the refund , I demanded that refund this amount to all those from whom recovered the same and stop this practice, but they completely denied, I have recorded this conversation on my phone too. I have complete evidence on paper and recording proof, that they are doing illegal thing and Hero supports them too, Now Hero claiming that it is a service charges for which they have not given any sort of receipt to me and they have not mentioned the same in the quotation as well, Now I have checked my friend bills too who has purchase the same bike from Nitin Hero Motors, I found that they have charged the same RTO charges from him too and they also charged for the Accessories but did not given any invoice of the accessories too .
Now I am looking forward your suggestion that how to File a FIR in this case and do I need to send the application to the income tax office sales tax office too for this illegal practice. Is there any way to file a case in the court as they are collecting bribe for the RTO and did not providing any receipt of the accessories .
Please advise in detail what needs to be done in this case , Document cannot attached in this system.

Respected Sir,
My father who is in charge of ancestral property wants to do a partition deed now.
Me and my wife are living separately and my two sons are living with her and both are working. We had neither applied for divorce nor separation, She and me had some difference and she asked me to leave her house (the place we live belongs to her). Now my question here is my father has 10 acres of agricultural land which is ancestral, now he wants to write a partion deed for five acres of it to me and retain five acres for himself and he wants to write a will dividing the remaining five acres into three equal parts for me and my two sisters.
Me and my children are not much in talking terms,If he gives me five acres and if I have to sell them I have to either take the consent of my children or I have to divide my share into three parts and then only I could sell my share (as far as my knowledge goes) and even the share which he proposes to give me in his will should be shared by my children.
Is there any chance I can retain the major share of the ancestral property and give them a lesser share as they are not looking after me.
And lastly can my father sell a part of the property for himself without the consent of his grand children. Please advice.

My wife has filed 498a. She has quarreled with me as she want to continue job and dont want pregnancy where my neighbour has explained her. She left my home and after 3 days she consumed pheynl at her home. She was admitted in hospital where they gave my address and stated that she drank pheynl after altercation with me on 9 am. where she was not there at my home and even she took Discharge against medical advice and after 6 day she went for abortion stating she was having bleeding.
I got to know through RTI about phynl consumtion and in FIR this is completely missing part.
Even in MLC in hospital she gave my adress and no police has done enquiry.
She has deliberately done this to cause damage to feouts as she was 3 month pregnant and when i filed complaint in that locality they have not taken my fir stated that go in the locality where she aborted.
Kindly suggest if I can get case registered against her and her family for killing my unborn child. Si nce her father is in police he managed everything.
Also let me know wht procedure is followed by police in MLC case. As address is mine and she drank pheynl at her parent house.

I work with a leading aviation airline. Recently, we have got an opportunity to purchase/get back the aircraft which we bought on hire purchase in 2001 from one foreign lessor. Could you please advise and let me know the documentation that will be required to change the ownership of the aircraft from foreign lessor to us or if we have to pay any duty, govt taxes in india for that purchase.
