Marriage with 2nd cousin

i want to marry with my second cousin.who is my grandfather's brothers son of son. means my fathers brother in relationship.i m Hindu Brahman can u tell me the marriage is legal or not . we can do court marriage or not.or we should move on with different religion for marriage because any how we want it.

I think that guy is likely to be a brother. And hence, you are not permitted to marry as per Hindu law.
