Respected Sir/Madam,
My husband Saravanan has filled a H.M.O petition on 15.09.2012 in Tiruchengode Sub Court of Namakkal distirck in Tamilnadu by giving Tiruchengode address in H.M.O (divorce) petition. He has also certified in the above petition that he was residing at Tiruchedgode address and available in Tiruchengode on 15.09.2012.
Two months later, I came to understand that the above address and date for availability of Saravanan at Tiruchengode furnished in the court are false one. Actually on those dates, ie on 15.09.2012 and 29.12.2012 he was available at Singapore and not in Tiruchengode. He has given false certificate sign in the petition regarding the date and place.
Could you please answer on the below.
1. What are the procedures to be followed while filing a petition in India while available in aboard?.
2. For the wrong declaration regarding residential address and date furnished in the petition. Whether the petition is liable to be dismissed by the court of law.

I AM A VICTIM IN THE HANDS OF A GREAT MAGICIAN AND A SORCEROR WHO IS CONSTANTLY CASTING SPELLS, THRUSTING NAILS IN TO MY WAXING FIGURE, HAD PUT SOME EVIL SPIRIT , DEMON IN MY BODY ALL THIS TO KILL ME. NOW IN THE YEAR 2013 AFTER THE DEATH OF NARENDRA DHABOLKAR THE ANTI WITCHCRAFT ACT WAS PASSED. SOME CONTENTS OF THE ACTS ARE THE WORDS LIKE EVIL SPIRIT, AGHORI PRACTICE, BLACK MAGIC ETC. Now AFTER THE ACT GOT PASSED I FILED A NEW APPLN CRI. UNDER ART 482 FOR URGENT RELIEFS CAUSE MY LIFE IS IN DANGER AND THE MAGICIAN US VERY POWERFUL IN KILLING ANYBODY IN A SHORT TIME. MY MOTHER ANC MY LAWYER WHO WAS HELPING ME BOTH DIED IN A SPAN OF 100 DAYS. on 23 july the BENCH PASSED AN ORDER GO TO THE CONCERNED POLICE STN AND FILE A COMPLAIN TO THE SENIOR POLICE CAUSE UR CASE FALLS IN THE PURVIEW OF THE BLACK MAGIC ACT. AND DISPOSED THE SAME. AFTER MORE THAN 2 MONTHS NITHING HAPPENED AFTER FILLING THE COMLLAIN SO I FILED A COMTEMPT PETITION BEFORE THE ADV. GENERAL MR.DARIUS KHAMBHATA TO OASS GHE CONTEMPT APLL AGAINST TTHE CONCERNED POLICE OFFICER. BUT THE ADV, GENERAL IS NOT WIILING TO PASS MY COMTEMPT PETITION EVEN AFTER ONE MONTH. WHICH CLEARLY JNDUCATES THAT THE CRT AND THE ADV. GENERAL ARE HELPING THE ACCUSED SO I FILED CRI. APPLN IN APPLN WHICH WAS DISMISSED. NOW AT THE HEARING TH P. P. OF THE STATE CAME AND TOLD THD POLICE DID NIT FIND ANY EVIDENCE. To THE BENCH. THE POLICE HAD DONE NITHING SO FAR AS PER THE BLACK MAGIC ACT WHICH SRATES THAT THEY HAVE TO SEARCH THE HOUSE OF THE ACCUSED AND CONSFISCATE THE ARTICLES OF WITCHCRAFT BY WHICH IT CAN BE PROVED THAT HE IS TRYING TO KILL ME AND HAD KILLED MANNY PEOPle SO FAR. SO MY QS. IS WHY THE CRT IS NOT GIVING ME ANY RELIEFS SO FAR AND WHY THE BOMBAY HIGH CRT IS TRYING TO HELP THEBLACK MAGICIAN AND NOT HELPING ME . I HAD GIVEN PROOFS OF THAT HE HAD PUT DEMON IN MY BODY AND MY WHOLE BODY IS BURNING LIKE FIRE . THERE IS SEETHING PAIN IN my body , my whole body at times shakes and VIBRATES.NOW I HAD EVEN GONE THRU 156 3 , THAN TO THE LOWER CRT, SESSIONS CRT THAN HIGH CRT WHICH IS STILL PENDING. NOW THE ACT IS PASSED IN THE YR 2013 AND SOME INCIDENTS HAVE TAKEN PLACE EVEN AFTER THAT ALSO. SO NOW WHAT TO DO. MY PROOFS ARE THAT MORE THAN 3 TIMES THE ACCUSED WAS CALLDC BETWEEN 2006 AND 2008 AT VARIOUS POLICE ST AND CBI OFFICES WERE MY FATHER WAS ALSO PRESENT. The ACCUSED WITH HIS MAGICAL POWERS BROUGHT THE EVIL IN MY BODY BUT DID NOT TOOK IT OUT BY SAYING SOME MANTRAS BEFORE GHE OFFICERS.

I had filed some cri. WP IN BOMBAY HIGH CRTS IN THE LAST 5 YRS BUT DID NOT GET ANY RELIEF , NOW MY LIFE IS IN DANGER ONCE AGAIN AND GONE THRU 156 '3, MM CRT, SESSIONS CRT AND LAST HIGH CRT. NOW I WANT TO FILE WP CRIMJNAL IN HIGH CRT BOMBAY OR SHOULD I FILE WP UNDER ART. 32 IN SUPREME CRT.WHICH IS BEttER AND FAST CAUSE MY LIFE IS IN DANGER.

Hello,
I am staying in a cooperative housing society have a Property Tax paper issued by PCMC (Pune). It indicates the property description as : RCC 893 Sq Ft and Parking 107 Sq Feet. I am already paying tax on this.
When I asked the society about my parking area, they are demanding the allotment letter from the builder. and saying that I do not have a reserved parking space. Since I do not have an allotment letter from builder, how can society say this? Because builder has given allotment letter only to those members who have paid extra money for reserved parking.
The reason I am asking is society will be charging Rs 1500/- per month if they allot parking space to those members who do not have parking. But in my case, my property tax already shows that I have a parking. The society is still insisting to have allotment letter from the builder.
Please help.

Sir,
I am Defence personell and posted to far from my native place. Onday I received message from my home telephonically that a police complaints against my parents have been lodged for harrasing widow women. The complaints made by the widow of my elder brother of my uncle. My mother & father is very worry about the false complaints as till the date no one in my family never goes to police station and also never police has arrived at my home for inquary in past. My mother also told me that she (widow) was tolding that she give my name in police Stn on arrival to my homtown as I am only in my home who earn money.
Plz suggest at the earliest

I have got a power of attorney from my son a few years ago for buying and selling properties on his behalf. Now a days the Registration department says the power of attorneys must have the property details and schedule, then only the power is valid. Is it true and is the power of attorney previously have not valid?

hello sir,
my marriage in year 2011 feb.i have a girl child in 2011. my wife left my home finaly in jun 2012 on ground of attend marriage in her relative.i am trying to call and also go for take her back in my house but she refuse to come with me. in 2013 she file a case u/s 125 crpc at her parents house. after giving apperaence in his case i file a section 9 rcr at my home place. in 125 crpc case my wife and his father givinge eviedance and in cross my wife say she dosent want to go back .also say never demand dowary, never try to go back.my husband also care me in praganancy .his father also say same thing . in rcr when she appear she also tell she never want to go back with me .after this she file dv act case at her home place and also file 498a and 376b complaint againest me and my family.after complete of 2 years desertion period i file amedment in my rcr case to divorce she also say no objection after that in my case i and my mother and others giving evidance and cross after that my wife file a application about she not want to give evidance and cross my case is now on final arguments .i need help please advice me and possible please give me and citaion or link of judgments.

Sir I have changed my name vide affidavit sworn before an executive magistrate in Bihar. But my affidavit has judicilal stamp paper on it. Will it be useless as sometimes it is written that affidavit should be bearing Non Judicial stamp paper. What can be possible remedies for this? Please reply. Thanking you in advance.

My father who is Singareni Collieries Co. Ltd. (A Govt. Company) who is drawing a monthly Salary of Rs. 50,000/- approx. who married with mother thirty years back having two male kids out of the wedlock. I am the eldest son attend the age of 32 years and my younger brother is 28 years old. The differences came out among my father and mother which were not known to me as it was happened 20 years back.
He illegally kept another women treating her his wife and out of that illegal contacts two more kids took birth through her and they are included in my Mother's Dependent ship included them in the Service particulars of my father's working organisation Singareni Collieries Co. Ltd.
My question is whether the two kids born to my step mother can be treated as dependents of my father? in accordance to the law or not. And for my mother there is no dissolution of marriage took place.
Please path your suggestions whether the born kids to the illegal mother are entitled for the share of the property or not?

Rtc change of ownership
is there a time limit to apply for the correction in RTC,If it is wrongly transfer the ownership to other person.
We are were not communicated in this regard by notice. However, it is mentioned that no objection came with in specified time limit.
