Civil revision petition

Sir, Can u advise when the petition for divorce is dismissed (Uncontested) by Subordinate Judge, whether the petitioner has to file Civil Revision Petition at High Court or District Court. The petitioner-wife filed 498A case against the petitioner and his family. The petitioners' family were acquitted, inspite of this mental cruelty, the subordinate judge has dismissed the petition with uncontested. Pls give me appropriate guidance.

Sale of property

This is regarding the flat belonging to my in-laws. The flat was held jointly by my father in law and mother in law. The Share certificate has been endorsed with both their names. They have two sons and one daughter i.e my wife. Both the sons are in US. My father in law has expired. My mother in law wants to sell the flat for which she is directed by her sons and daughter. They have helped her in getting a good buyer for the property. My father in law's name needs to be deleted from the share certificate. The society has asked for NOC from the sons and the daughter.

I would be greatfull if you help me in knowing if the NOC is compulsory and if so under which act.

Npa query

Dear Sir,
I want to inquire as to what proceedings could be undertaken by Private Banks in case the whole amount of loan of Rs. 2500000/- is covered under CGTMSE (Credit Gurantee Trust for Medium and Small Enterprises). The borrower is in the auto industry and since the industry is in recession globally. So the NPA is not voluntary but market driven.
what the bank can do to recover the amount
the party has no money to return as he has not enough money to eat
thanks
waiting for early reply

Experience and relieving letter not issued

Dear Sir,

My husband was working in Trivandrum in a software company. He resigned in August and accordingly it was accepted by the company. Later in September they had sent a email saying your resignation is rejected and legal action will be taken on you as you have contacts with our client company and sources have said that you're going to join them and we can prove that.
My husband has a friend in the client company and usually they send emails to each other. (Personal email)But he has no idea of joining the client.

No as he has no experience letter so he can't join any whereelse. Kindly let me know how to proceed

Bearing of cost for water leakages

Hi,

I am residing on 4th floor and there is water leakage to the 3rd floor house. We asked the plumber and he suggested to check the flooring of my house to identify the cause of water leakage.
My question is who will bear the cost of repairing of water leakages.I am ready to bear half of the cost
what are the legal procedure if the lower floor owner does not support for sharing joint (50-50) of the cost.
