Hello Sir/Madam,
I have filed Petition of Restitution before 2 years. Under the same petition, I have also got an interim access order, however my wife is not giving an access of my daughter and whenever I go to pick up my daughter, she runs from home and does not give any access, not picking up my calls and not responding on my messages as well. I couldn't meet my daughter since last 5 months where I can access on Sundays at my home as per order.
I did send notice and filed Strike off Defence application due to her non complying order but she didn't come to court since last 3 dates. I tried to complain in Police but they are not ready to take complain and asking for court direction.
Can you please suggest how can I meet my daughter when my wife is not allowing to meet her.
dear experts,
a suit filed by the plaintiff against the defendants for seeking a relief permanent injunction apart from one interlocutory Application also filed under Order 39 rule 1&2 of CPC But interestingly the said suit and IA Petition was filed on 2011 whereas now the suit is coming for trail but the plaintiffs are stressed about the Injunction petition with out going for trail. here my question is whether the trail court take up that injunction petition even after framing of issues and commenced for trail.
there is any judgements for infavour of defendants side instead of taking injunctin petition commencing trail.

Sir,
In sevice matter case if the authority has cheated the public and ofer the post without selction test can criminal case be filed if there is smell of malfidenes and breach of trust with common pepole
The fact of the case is that I am dealing one case being consel of the case
In one Govt sector the authorites had offered the post to one candidate which was never advertised without holding selection test and the matter is still pending before the CAT for last 4 years, The CAT asked for the records but they misplaced it and tendered false affidavit before the court and I filed the 340 Crpc which is pending before the CAT nad now they say the records has ben traced but still have not been produced before the court
My query is that since the post was public post and authorites need to made an advertisement and formed the selection committeee aand result needs to be displayed but they offered the post purely by back door whether the prosvions of IPC donot attarct in this case as they have coommitted criminal conspiracy, cheating and fogery ?? if yes, whether the same can be filed before the Ld JMIC/MM simulatneously

Dear Sir,
My Father's elder brother was a bachelor had a ancestral property land of 7.5 acres on his name. He had a paralysis attack 20 yrs back hence was not keeping well since then. He passed away in 2004. During his lifetime, his share of land was illegally transferred by his servants wife on her name illegally without any information to our family.
Initially, my father had filed a suit in the registrar court to cancel the transfer as it has been done illegally. The servant by paying huge bribe to the Registrar had somehow successfully transferred the land on his wife name. We, the family decided to give certain portion of land as out of court settlement and take back the land which he has transferred illegally.
The servant had initially agreed to it and now has revolted against the decision. Please help us with appropriate procedure to take back the land which he has transferred illegally.
Thanks
Karim

sir, weather application of interrogatories can be given before framing the issues to the suit? If the application is granted and questions have been delivered more then one set, or to the more then one defendant at once, then such questions are advisable for reply? court has not been specifically held that, defendant here by directed to reply the interrogatories. In the absence of the specific order, we are bound to reply? Moreover after passing the order, we can make the application to the court u.o.11,r.6 of the C.P.C.

Respected Sirs,
Kindly enlighten me whether a document without execution of the parties i.e., Vendor and Vendee was registered inadvertently by the Sub-Registrar, is valid in the eyes of law. The parties admitted execution of the document before the Sub-Registrar.
