युनिव्हर्सिटी के कर्मचारी को न्याय के लिये ट्रीबुनल मे जाना पडता है. सिवील कोर्ट नाही जा सकता. ट्रीबुनल अपिलेट कोर्ट है. मैने अपील किया था. उस वक्त मेरेपास कोई प्रुफ नही थे. आर टी आय अंतर्गत बहोत प्रुफ मिले है.अपील मे प्रुफ नही लिये जाते इसलिये मैने सिवील कोर्ट मे दाखिल किये. सिवील कोर्ट नो jurisdiction दिखाकर रिजेक्ट कर रहा है. कृपया सलाह दिजिये

5 months have gone and nothing has happened wifes father is overconfident and is laughing in mediation with lawyers.
how and where to file evidence I have witnesses and letters and chatting etc and mediation is going on.
These dowry cases no on is with you,,..judges police mediation in-charge lawyers every on needs money in UP

I have bought a 2 bed room bungalow just outside Ahmadabad before 4 and half years. i have got in to sale agreement ( Registered Banakhat ) with the builder and in that Registered sale deed the procession date is also mentioned. Its more than 18 months of delay from the stated procession date and he has still not given the procession of my bungalow and still keeps giving me targets of 2 months and things are being further delayed. The quality of construction is also deteriorating due to the house left half constructed abandoned.( i have taken pics at regular intervals during my visit on site)
I have 3 questions
1) First he need to gives me the procession of my bungalow in next 2 months, as per what he is saying now.
2) and secondly even if he gives me the procession of my Bunglow ,what about the other Infrastructure like electricity ,water ,drainage ,roads etc to use ,as the overall premise is in no state that I can even access it at night and reach at my house with no light in common areas/roads.
3) I have made the entire payment at the time of booking only. There are no dues I have to pay to the builder.Am i liable for any kind of compensations?
Can anything be done to pressurize the developer to complete entire scheme ??

Pagdi system flats
Hi All,
Me and my parents are living in pagdi(rent) system flat from 1989 and we have all rent receipt till date.We are regular rent payers till today.
I have few questions
1.Can owner tell us to move from my flat?
(My owner is builder and I just heard that
he want to make commercial building over here (not yet confirm))
2.On redevelopment can we get flat? if yes is it of same area? Do we get flat on same location?
Owners are not allowing us to sell flat to any other person.He want those flats to make a commercial zone. He is buying all those flats in lesser than 50% of market price.
3.Is there any rule that after paying rent to 25-30 years its not required to give rent? Indirectly rent person (my dad) will own the house?(I heard about it.Just want to be sure before connecting with my builder.)
