Right to agriculture land for daughters in uttrakhand

Dear sir,
By Hindu Succession Act (39of 2005),S.6,wife if alive and daughters have equal right on agriculture property as sons have, if father has expired without leaving any will.
Sir,I am resident of Uttarakhand State.we are two sisters and three brothers along with alive mother. My father has recently expired without leaving any will. After inquiry from Tehsil as well as advocates, they say girls have no right in father's agriculture property in Uttarakhand as well as U.P. from which it is bifurcated.
Sir,I would like to know is the above mentioned statement true? And if it is yes which act is applicable for it so that I could satisfy myself argumentatively.

Inspection of suit premises

Respected Sir,
I M the landlord of a property in Mumbai. One of my tenants who is a nursing home and the occupier is the director of this nursing home. In 2002 a suit was filed by me on the previous occupier who sold the property directly to the present occupier. But after persuing the case for 2 years we were forced to take back the suit. On this consent terms were filed. In this consent term there was a clause that the Tenant or the occupier will not carryout any additions/alterations except repairs to furniture, windows etc. However the occupier did not take cognigance of C S and carried out extensive illegal work .I filed a revised suit for this contempt of C S. I filed an application for inspection of suit premises which I was granted from Hon High Court. Now the stage of the suit is my cross is over. The occupier has taken measurements of his premises on his own without the permission of the court. He will bring this new plans to the court.
Now my question is wether a tenant who has done illegal work can take measurement of his premises without courts permission. Secondly when my cross is over will the court admit his plans and report of inspection which will be produced by him.I M the landlord of the premises then how can a tenant produce plans without my signature or consent or approval from the corporation. What action will the court take.
Please advice.
Thanking you in advance

Need for "letter of administration" for khata transfer

Hello all,

I have a BBMP property at Bangalore which was jointly held by me and my unmarried brother. He has died 2 years back.

Now I want to sell that property. I was told that that my brother's share of the property will go to my mother as my father is not alive.

Now to do the khata transfer to my mother's name I was told Letter of Administration is required. But in the list of documents needed for khata transfer mentioned by BDA they have not specified the need for Letter of Administration.

Can experts please tell me if Letter of Administration is essential for khata transfer or not. Does khata transfer to my mother's name enable me to sell the property. If not, what do I need to do, Kindly let me know.

Regards,
Hemalatha
