following facts abot me
1-I am a 67 year old physically handicapped peson
2-both my daghter and son are nri
3-A case u/s 498a was filled in oct.1999 by mysisteinlaw(wife of my saala)in wich my wife and and m also named.
since thn the case is under tial
4-since july 2013 th statments of accused are due in mm court tishazari court but not even asingle accused statments has been recorde
5-th court denied fo noc to visit children
6- please advise how can I got fast tal
7-I am a retied peson not in position to pay high fes to the advocates

Dear Sir,
I got written email reply from HR stating that "Payment of Gratuity act’ & ‘Company policy’, only the employees who have completed continuous service of 5 years with the organisation will be eligible for payment of gratuity"
Hence, you will not be eligible for payment of gratuity.
Please advice.
1) Section / Under section of gratuity eligible criteria as per new amendment.
2) I am on Notice so I am not taking any action now and wait as you expert guide me.

Dear Sir,
Is there any judgement or directive by supreme court that if husband want to file section 9 and child custody case against wife who has already filed divorce in another city,husband is required to deposit Rs. 10000/- per case in the court in the name of wife and only then his case will be admitted for further proceedings.

With regard to landmark case on loan fore closure penalty, I am not able to figure out whether SC entertained corresponding SLP (no. 16345, year 2007) filed by State Bank of India against NCDRC verdict no. RP 2466/07 (SBI V/s Dr. Usha Vaid & Anr). SC website says, it was "disposed" on 19/09/08; does that mean SC did not entertain it? I will highly appreciate if someone can let me know the outcome or how can I access the verdict (please refer attachment).

I am going through a dispute with my wife from 2012. in between a lady came in my contact and we trusted each other. She had two daughters and this relationship went for almost 2 years.We committed many things and thought to live together for life. She left her home with one of her daughter in July 2014. We lived together but she was missing her elder daughter and she tried to go back many times to his previous husband but in vain. She tried almost 3 times and during this period whenever she went back she never contacted me for many days but came back. But now on 11 november 2014 she went to her brother but from there she went to one of her relative who lives near her previous home. She was in contact with me but from last one week she is not talking to me. her mobile is switch off and relatives are saying that she has a regret and now she will not talk to me anymore. Now I dont have any idea where is she. What can I do now? approximately she has 10 tola gold with her which is mine. I fully trusted her but she betrayed? Kindly Help. I have done nothing wrong with her at my place......
