Dear experts,
I am one of the 498 innocent husband.
Marriage was happened Feb-2012 and since the day one i am not happy.
She has cruel behaviour and always shouted me and my parents without any reason.
> Wife's father and her family supports her to lodge a complaint against me.
> 498 Case filed on september-2012 - Me and my family members(7 members)
Also she filed DV - october -2012 and maintenance-November-2012 and both are in process .
I have filed the divorce case mar-2013 after one year of marriage based on wife cruelty and that is also in process.
Here is my queries ,
1) can wife get maintenance from me because she is MBA post graduate and before and after mariage software professional.(i don't have the relevant documents and my lawyer did the cross examination - wife has agreed, she was software engineer and worked for 2 years before the marriage and also agreed post Graduate in front of Judge).
I am also the software professional and i am getting 35k per month and my parents are depending on me.
2). My father gifted property to my name before the marriage. Is there any possibilities wife demand share for that property .
3) We are not living together since sep-2012 and Is there any to get the divorce as early as possible .
Also wife demanding huge amount for one time settlement and i am unable to pay that much amount
Please suggest me .. how to come out from Hell and save my family ..
My father is BP and sugar patient and mother has problem with Gastric and Alsar.

husband and wife resided together at Mumbai,India for 25 years... husband got employment at UK and staying there since last 10 years...husband neglected to maintain wife and wife filed case for maintenance and received order of maintenance... husband is residing at UK and not paying maintenance inspite of court order...therefore court issued warrant for recovery of maintenance... how to execute said arrest warrant as husband is residing at united kingdom??

Dear Sirs,
I shall be grateful if my following query is resolved.
We have a Manager who is President of the Staff Welfare Association of our establishment. The Association is affiliated to IFTU (Union).
I wish to know if Manger can represent Staff Association in the capacity of elected President of SWA and work against the interest of Management.
Are Managers part of Staff Welfare Association or Management.
Any precedent or reference to this effect shall be highly appreciated.

I had a loan of Rs 100000 under vajpayee loan scheme from SBI (Gujarat). but have not paid the installments as per the arrangements. I got a notice from the bank.
I have not given the documents of house, but have provided the copy of city survey. the bank people are calling there to meet them. they were talking about some relief in the loan.
My question is Can bank seal my house?
Please revert back as soon as possible

today i duscussed with NAGAR NIGAM, department told me to made gift deed, plz advice what is the rate of gift deed and amount which was payable under gift deed. My Property are 404 sq feet. TONK PHATAK JAIPUR AREA

I am a tenant of a cessed building in Mumbai, which is going for redevelopment by a private builder-cum-owner of the property and we do not have a registered society.
Is it necessary to ensure that the Agreement is registered before vacating the house. What are the risk of not getting it registered, as the Builder is asking to do the registration at the time of possession.

Dear Sir,
We have a Central Sales Tax form E-2 issued by department in Jan, 2012.
We have dispatched the material in 2013 to our customer.
Can we use this E-2 form for transaction made in Sep,2013.

Defense lawyer appeared as prosecution witness
In an interesting case under section 292/384 IPC a lawyer after 5 days of appearing on behalf of defense was cited as a witness of recovery of some articles by the prosecution and later on examined as a witness in the case on behalf of prosecution.......now though not ordered so far by the court yet the prosecution wants the defense counsel to relinquish his vakalatnama at the stage of final arguments by way of filing an application......
Now my queries are:-
1. Whether the application of prosecution is hit by section 303 cr.p.c. and article 22 (1) of the constitution denying the accused to have a lawyer of his choice when he wants to continue with same lawyer.....
2. Whether in such a situation it will amount to professional miscoduct om the part of defense counsel, when he has deposed truly to continue with the case......
3. I have a citation reported in AIR KERALA 1989 Pg. 244 on this aspect that it is neither the professional misconduct nor does the lawyer need to relinquish his vakalatnama......quote any other rulling spe
