Sir,
my wife has expired last year and I was only nominee hence my name has been incorporated in the share certificate and given back to me. I have 2 sons who are above 21 years old. Do I have to give new nomination form and mention their names as 50% each ? Please advice.

you can submit nomination form to society mentioning name of your 2 sons as nominees . on your demise flat would be transferred in name of nominees .
