Hello sir, my relative is owning a house in market year the house is partitoned, one part is sold and now other part which is own by my realtive. Now the builder has come with thr offer . because the house is jointly constructed without purchasing my relative part he cannot construct building on the land. He is offering some cash and two flat in the building which he will construct after demolishing my relatuve house all exp of documet will be born by builder. Now my question is what are the right of my relative , what precution he should take so no fraud take place, and what document he should enter so that his rights are not violoted. My relative is concern about that if the house is demolishe and builder will not construct the building or the plan is not approved where he will go how he will leave he is worried. Pls suggest documents to be made and what precution he should take, and his right . hoping for favorable reply. Thanks.

a wife compromised twice 498a, once in a metro court & withdrawn a DV in recent past years. This year lost her gold ornaments (which were earlier bought by husband ), but starting blaming husband that theft has happened by husband for harassing her.Now insisting husband to buy fresh golden ornaments.
Though husband ready to buy out of pressure , but what way husband gets protection from such blames, if in case she either looses (God forbid) intentionally or un - intentionally in future?
Experts kind advise please.

Please clarify the exact meaning of Agreement of "deed of Lease and transfer of FSI" and "conveyance deed" in detail for the Re development of project. By executing such agreement , which contained terms and conditions for a certain period what issues would be raised for the tenants after the construction of the rehab building,
What are the rights and liabilities of the property owner gets,
The main question arises as to how can we get ownership of the flat after the completion of the building under the DCR 33(7).
Please suggest me

My Daughter filed a DV case on her Husband and the court dismissed her dv case. We have requested for protection u/s 18 and Return of Gold,silver u/s 19 in addition to monetary relief u/s 20 and 22. Since my daughter is employed Judge may not approve for monetary relief u/s 20 and 22. But at least sec 18 and 19 should be considered. How can jUDGE dismiss the DV case ?
Is there a way out by which we CAN get relief for the above sections. Can we challenge her Judgement successfully ?

Hi All
I am located in Lucknow. I have ordered two machines for rice mill one from Shanghai and second from China. The items can be imported only after getting foreign bill stamp of Rs 6000.
I Need some information on how to procure foreign bill stamp. I have asked few local advocates but they do not know what it is. Any help on this would be highly appreciated.

My mother have self erned property in 1982 (before we born) .
My mother has 3 childrens -2 daughters
1 son
My sisters got married.
1 do my sisters have rights to claim on my mother proprety ?
2 is there need my sisters signatures to sale that property??
3 if my mother did gift deed in my name ,have my sisters rights to claim on that property?
4 my sisters have been tourturing my mother regarding property , is there any action to stop this things?

Refund of token amount
Dear All,
I had received a sum of Rs. 1,00,000 as token amount after a good one month the buyer has cancelled the deal, so while refunding the amount what is the percentage that i need to deduct from the amount? As i have lost on the rent and also on the had to pay my EMI which cld have been transfered ...
No agreement has been made .. its all verbally said and done with mutual understanding
