Sir when I have good time a year ago I signed as a gurantor for JCB machine for my friend then some problems I sold my machine now I doesent have any assets property
But my friend defaulted In his loan and machine seized and bank sold to another person now the bank asking me to settle the balance amount so what do
So what happens if him or me doesent settled what are consequences
will they send warrant against us
Please tell me clearly

sir, if a person has filed an appeal for divorce in high court( lost his case in session). now if his appeal is allowed by high court, does high court asked him for permanent alimony though wife didn't file any application under sec25. the couple don't have any issue and she is working lady earning more than her husband

I married a girl on 13 May 14 as per Hindu Tradition.The girl's family offered me 10 lakhs dowry 4 tula gold. But she came from middle class family i transferred rs.90000 to her father account to purchase a bike for me as part of dowry agreement as i loved her i dont want her parents to be in burden. And promised that i arrange 3 lakhs later on to them. To give me as part of dowry. And i didnt take land 1100 sq.yards as they offered to me.The marriage was celebrated at my home with my expenditure.She came to my home to join matrimonial life with me.But to my surprise she is not allowed me to touch her and having first night with her.I asked the reason for about the strange behaviour. She put 3 conditions to me...I- Not have sex for two months as she was suffering from chest pain....II- She refused to come to honeymoon with me as stating that she is not intrested....III- refused to come along with me to my workplace to lead a marital life as she seek time upto Novemeber 14. Reluctantly i agreed to do so.On 13 May 14, she asked my mobile to talk with her parents and i had given my mobile to her.At night to my surprise i found that my wife is in love with her cousin ( in relation brother {my wife's mother's elder sister's son}) they conversation is about both of them to commit suicide.The conversation is all about instructions given by him to her that how to move with me in home like not allowing me to touch her if i tried to touch her, he told to her, that, just warn me that she will cut her hands...not to get on my bike...not to sleep with me etc. Every thing he told to her and she followed that.I saw the hell that two days when she came to my house for matrimonial life.But i kept that agony in my heart as she requested for two months to maintain distance between us.The whole conversation was recorded in my mobile through auto call recorder.She didnt know abt that recorder. I filed FIR in PS for their suicide conversation. ANd i filed a petition to nullify our marriage.i Send her to their home on 14 May 14, the fourth day after my marriage.Now they submitted the reply to my petition stating that all the recordings are not true and i am demanding 3 lakhs additional dowry. In failure to do so, she has been harrassed and i & my parents send her to their home.And also quoting that i am getting handsome salary and i possessed 50 lakhs property. I too cme from middle class family and having C-Group job in Public sector. But she is saying that she will come along with me to my home for joining matrimonial life. But i am not interested.Do i get divorce by this evidence. And i am ready to give the dowry back to her after nullify of my marriage by taking loan and seeking debt from some one or i punished by the court for taking dowry. I took the dowry because to organize my marriage.

A is mother B and C are son of A. Both B and C are married. C die and within 20 days of c's death his spouse got 2nd marriage. In that case if property is in the name of A and if c's spouse case on A and B for property than what will law say

A and B are husband and wife. A ( husband) dies his family think as natural death but after funeral ceremony they got news from public that was a murder case instead of natural death. Family of A now know the murderer but he unable to sui case because postmortem was not done on dead body

My wife is threatening me to lodge 498A against me .I got married on 10-12-2013. After marriage she stayed with me for one month then one day she went to her parent’s house. After one month both the families sat together and after discussion and she came back to live with me She always use to say that I have the right to live in this house if there is any issue between us . She was pregnant at that time so we take her to my native place so that my parents could take care her. After 10 days when my parents were not at home only my grandparents were at home her bother and other family member came they convinced them they they are taking her for few days and we will return and also told them that they have talked to my parents also and take her to her fathers house. When my parents tried to talk to her father he refused to talk even when I tried to talk to her she said I have my own priorities. When she gave birth to baby they didn’t tell us and sent a notice to our panchayat to add the name of the baby. When the panchayat person told us regarding this we were shocked our panchayat secretary called her father through phone regarding this then on same day they filed the case to women cell. After living separately from me for six month she filled a complaint . In the first counseling she made false allegation of dowery and torture. I am apprehending false 498A or DV case against me.I have one house in my name at a place where I work in a company and this place is very near to her native place. Her father also has political influence. They are threatening us. Then I gifted that house to my mother. Till date only women cell have done counseling with me and my parents, no case has been filed till date. Can the court revert that decision? Can my mother transfer that property to my both sisters name as they are married? . Please also suggest what should I do if she files a 498a

since yesterdy i had posted my queries in forum and expert section under labour and service law.but no one has cared to reply so far.so i am reposting here...
in a delhi govt school i'm teacher for 3 yrs.
my vice principal has always been biased against me & disliked me from the beginning.
even though i worked pretty well and students are quite satisfied with my teaching.
i had once complained against 2-3 teachers' misbehavior who are close to her.so she started pressurising me to take a transfer to another school which i refused.
this made her furious.now off late she has been issuing me letters and show cause notices over very reasons like not checking notebooks on time,reaching class 10 minutes late,etc.she always tries to show she manages the school v.well.she yells and screams at me publically even in front of students,staff,IVth class employees etc over minor errors.off late she has been threatening she'll get my transfer done or get me suspended.all the teachers support her because she's too lenient with them and lets them do dadagiri with me in school.
once or twice replied to her boldly that she must maintain my dignity atleast in front of students in front of whom she has no right to shout at me.
this infuriated her and made her even more verbally aggressive.
a few days later,an important file which was under my custody that showed accounts of money distributed to students through their class teachers got stolen.she's issued a letter over that as well.
few days later,a set of answersheets that i had checked also got stolen.
i keep replying to her letters thru speed post,and that's making her even more furious.
there are bigger mistakes and blunders committed by all other teachers which she always ignores.they never get any letters and show cause notices.some of their mistakes/blunders are:
1. selling jewellery,kurtis,cosmetics in school to colleagues occasionally
2. coming school at 7:30 to 7:45 even though reaching time is 7:15.but marking attendance as 7:15.however if students get late,they are made to stand for 20- minutes more separately in the ground as "punishment"
3. not going to class for many days or going very late
4. making students cheat in exams
5. standing in groups during assembly and gossipping even though teachers' diary has clearly stated teachers are not to do this.
6. few teachers(who are favourites of principal) sometimes go to nearby shopping centre to do their household shopping,return and then show their purchases in staffroom.
7. gossipping loudly in staffroom.
and many more things..
please tell me is there any way i can stop her from getting me suspended or transferred?whom shud i approach?i have no contacts in education department.i am a needy person with no extra income.my parents are retired with no pension,whom i support all alone.
i am yet to be confirmed as permanent teacher.
