I have to execute an agreement w.e.f from end of August, 2014. However, the agreement will be franked in the month of December, 2014.
Is this valid?

My company many a times as a part of sales & promotion activity, provides goods free of cost (FOC) to first stage dealer/stockist. Company pays the excise at the time of removal of goods from factory to it's depot/warehouse. Now dealers/stockist are requesting to pass on excise paid on such FOC goods. My question is
1) Can company pass on the excise paid on such goods, considering the fact first stage dealer will not use this for any manufacturing activity?
2) If yes, can first stage dealer pass on this to second stage dealer/ultimate consumer?

what will be the legal remedy if JMIC donot allow the accused to cross examine the certain Prosecution witness or donot allow the accused to ask questions which are relevant for its acuittal..can we move to thne session court? In case if JMIC donot record his decsion on order what will be th remedy?? please help us

Hi All,
I have seen a property in Bangalore in Devanhalli Taluk.Owner of the property is saying that Govt is not issuing Khata No for him So he is telling me to go for GPA registration.
1 Should i go ahead and buy this property he has all original papers.
2 In such case what all documents are required with GPA to Make me proper Owner of the Property.
3 After GPA registration,Do i have rights to sell the property
4 and Can he withdraw the GPA without my knowledge.

can a power agent GIFT the property of the principal through his general power of attorney to the person whom such agent chooses?
whether the term "to do all acts" shall include gift transfer in such case? (if there is no specification about gift)

I have been living in my house with a surrounding boundary wall since last 10 years.
This year, my neighbor started constructing house in the adjacent plot with his house wall touching my boundary wall. His house does not have a boundary wall.
I have not given the boundary wall rights to my neighbor.
Is my neighbor's construction legal?
Shouldn't he maintain a minimum setback gap between my boundary wall and his house?

Dear Sir,
My uncle bought 8 cent agricultural land(which is adjacent to his existing land)in a village near tirupathi from the bonefied owner in year 2008 .The neighbour land holder occupied and threatens us not to enter in 2008. he have registered the same land again in his name.
We approached court in 2009 and In Nov 2014 the court given judgement by giving permanent injuction as :-
1)the defendent registration and his documents are null & void.
2)he, his family, his relatives & his agents not to enter the land
3)Defendent has to pay Rs 4500/- to plaintiff(i.e my unlce) as legal suit charges.
Now We tried to enter & cultivate the land after 5 years from purchase. Even after court judgement the defendent/stranger threatened & beat us saying that i will go to district court.Untill further judgement he wants us not to enter the land.We said you go to any court if court said not to enter us then we will leave the land untill we will cultivate land but he didnt agree and threatened and beaten us.
We approached police station and police are influenced by him. we showed court order and request police take a compliant and handover over land. but they are not taking complaint and not helped us.
Pls suggest what to do and how to get my land.

I have a query regarding my grandfathers property. He had a property of 4000 sqft land. The property belongs to my great grandfather and my grandfather had written the property (uripa of memorandum) to my father and his brother each one 2000 sqft land and expired on 2005. But my fathers brother keeping original documents (uripa) he says the whole property is mine and the government has recently given applications for issuing patta in our area. My father is working in abroad and my father’s brother should not get the patta. If he gets the patta may be he can throw us from the home.
Could someone guide us handle this situation and stop patta

dear Members, A senior civil judge District court delhi has passed an order for warrant of attachment of property in execution petition while my order 9 rule 13 application is till pending and not decided. where can i appeal against this order and relevant provision under which appeal and stay application can be filed.?
