Dear sir/Madam,
"X" has given his FLAT(bought from partneship firm) sale deed papers as a surety(on oral agreement) in 1998 to "Y".But now encumberance statement is showing the name of "Y".Such sale deed is representing that sale is made between "Y"(PURCHASER) & PATNERSHIP FIRM(VENDOR).
Another information is both "x" & "Y" were expired nearly 5 years ago.
Please suggest whether X'S legal heirs have any chance to sue partnership firm?

SIR a suit for recovery is pending at stage last opportunity for dws in civil court.can court impose cost on plaintif for his non appearance on the date fixed for proper order as on effective date of hearing judge was on leave?

Dear sir,
If I file a case against somebody by hand written complaint to police station.
In return will police give any acknowledgment like FIR Number or case number to the complainent.
Also please differentiate between cognizable and non cognizable offence.

In a Muslim family,there are 3(a,b.c) brothers and 3 sisters (d,e,f), no parents, 3 brothers jointly purchased 36,000sq.ft land through their own earning, ‘b’ has died , ‘b’ has no children, parents has died already(no ascendants and descendants), he has one wife.
in 2006 partition took,’a’ and ‘c’ gave 5000sq.ft to ‘b’s wife, and they didn't consider the sisters (d,e,f), while partition, remaining 31,000 sq.ft they shared themselves.
In 2007 ‘b’s wife sold her property to ‘x’(document registered). and in 2014 ‘x ‘ sold the property to ‘y’(document registered).
Now d,e,f institute the suit in district court, and send the notice to ‘x’and ‘y’,
What is the rights and liabilities of x’and ‘y’,
Partition took right way?

A 9 years old boy belongs to barber community. His father is a Shrilankan refugee. Mother is Indian. I mentioned his cast only to clarify weather any particular reliefs could be claimed under any particular welfare schemes? 1 year before he lost all of his right leg fingers while going to school in bike with his grandfather. He sat as a pillion rider of his grandfathers bike while going to school. He got his leg slipped from footrest and stuck in between running spokes. No complaint/FIR filed. As the vehicle was driven by his grandfather they due to their ignorance failed to file FIR.To cure the injury Rs 300000/- has been spent by my client. Accident took place 1 year back. He had lost all of the leg fingers.
1. What are the reliefs/ compensations available for this boy?
2. Weather any ministry is there for scholarship?
3. What is the disability percentage for this boy?
4. Whether any free medical aid is available for plastic surgery?

Dear Team,
I was employee of icici bank and i had worked there for 2 years and had left mu job six month before .
Due to medical emergency i have applied for withdrawal of my pf and eps balance as im unemployed right now .
The bank has credited the amount also after three weeks in my account , but instantaneously they have deduct it also in form of staff loan recovery from my account .
Please tell me that is it legal for any organisation to use my epf balance for any of there recovery .How can i get my amount back .Please guide.

actually my mother and my mother's co sister are the partners of one property so now one of the partner means mother's coaster planning to come out of the partnership so we should do sale deed or gift deed??? Is gift deed is possible for this thing

i m tenant of commercial shop which is disputed n the rent is paid by me in court. my landlord has disconnected my shop electicity n i have applied for the same in guwahati high court n i got the order for new connection by the honourable court n i have forwarded the same to assam electricity board(APDCL).According to the order the APDCL was asked to provide me the electricity with in 21 days but the ASEB has not given stating reason that they want leave space .Infact my shop is on road side n in front thr is footwalk .plz help n suggest me wht to do

Taxation of flat owners apartment
We have a registered Flat Owners Association. The Builder has returned the Corpus Amount to the Association, which is deposited in the SB Account. Now, our queries are :-
1)Do we have to get PAN compulsorily
2)Do we have to file IT Return
3)Our main income is the maintenance charges
4)If we deposit the Corpus Amount in any scheduled Banks/ Nationalised Banks/ Coop Banks or other NBFCs, whether the interest on such deposit will attract income tax?
5)Whether we are eligible for any exemption on the interest income under IT Act
