sir,
my file has filed a divorce case and maintenance case under sec 24 of hma.
she has not filed any affidavit or statement in the maintenance regarding her education and job.
how to make her to file a affidavit regarding her eucation and job.
i read that we can file it under section 30 of cpc. i want her admit her qulification and employment status.
how to do it.is the section 30 of cpc correct? or there is any other section?
i request u all to give a format for the same.

Dear Sir,
Some of my lost property is with Visakhapatnam ACMM court. Case is yet to get started. Police department gave a document asking me to collect that property as Interim custody.
I was told that I had to file a petition through lawyer to get that property under Interim custody.
1)Can some one tell me if I will loose anything if I dont take those items now under interim custody and wait till the case final arguments and hearing happens ?
Why I am asking this is, I want to save money which I have to spend now on Interim custody process.
2) Can some one tell me what is the cost involved with this ?
3) can some one tell me what is time required for it and complete procedure (If I have to visit court for this work ?)
4)can some one tell me what is the cost involved.
5) Police department could not recover even 50% what I lost at the time of mishap. Now I am not interested to spend much of money to get items under interim custody. CAN SOME ONE VOLUNTARILY HELP ME. I AM FROM VISAKHAPATNAM.

Section 498a filled by wife after 1 year of marriage against her husband five year ago, but still case is going on and no decision is come out, her husband has re married to other girl as per muslim law, but now wife want to remarry as her husband is not with her. wife has no child. now wife want to withdraw the section 498a, meanwhile on court hearing husband offen not present and judge giving next to next date. so please guide how to close this case.

We are married for 3 years and ours was a love marriage. After my wedding I came to see the brutal face of my husband and his abusive/ violent nature. He always insulted, abused and mentally tortured me often. HE even threatened to abort my child when I was expecting for sake of money as he asked money from my dad. Let me point he was jobless that time.He said and sent me proofs that he got a very good job now and will take care of both of us.
I have a 2 year old daughter. I am a victim of Domestic violence and filed a case against my husband. i.e DV case. He never appeared till the 5th hearing as he resides in another city. My husband accused me that I filed a false case against him. I have my medical records and FIR lodged in the city where we resided. I really don't know how long my case will drag for years and how will I have a bright future for my child.
Now my husband has started being soft with me and my baby and calls/messages me everyday repenting and asking me to come back. One such incident occurred just 6 months after my marriage and I forgave and went back to him. But he never changed and this time he slapped me when i was pregnant and constantly abused me just for one simple reason.
Even today I have soft corner for him but am in dilemma as whether he will change his violent behavior or not as he's very abusive and at times very loving. Even my parents advised not to go back to him but I still want to give one second chance for sake of my daughter.
Now my question is there a way I can bind my hubby legally not to be violent in future so that he has the fear and we can have a happy life. I don't want any money but solve this issue as marriage is important for me and future of my child. I had also requested for Counselling when the Protection Officer had asked me for submitting the report. Please help!

Sir.....as earlier I stated that...my case of 498 a , dv is strong...she do not have any evidence to prove these cases.....now I want to know that ...how to proceed my case faster......is there any other way to end this hectic time period.....

if somebody is issued an order by the court US 125 crpc for the maintenance that has to be given 3000 thousand rs per month to her wife and husband has no property and he doesn't go to court after on dates than
will it be issued any NBW or Anything else
or decree for DV is the same question

I have subscribed to ing vysya life insurance. I have paid three premiums of 50k through agent . But the agent didn't deposit one premium. He didn't give any receipt. What action can we take against the agent?
