Hello Sir,
I have a farmland and i have negotiated sale for 28lakhs but now i see the quideline value comes to around 70lakhs for my plot alone. Plots around are half of it, is there a law I can claim that my plots guideline value is high and request to reduce it to the sold amount?

suit claiming ownership of land on the basis of adverse possession filed by the plaintiff in the year 1980 was decreed by the court on the basis of admitted written statement filed by the defendant/recorded owner of land. how to challange the said decree by the successor of the defendant.

I would like to know whether an amendment to Partnership be called a Codicil. For that matter any Supplementary Deed or Amendment Deed be called a Codicil in general.

CAN ANY ONE TELL ME THAT WHAT IS THE TIME DURATION FOR FILING THE REVIEW APPLICATION AGAINST ANY ORDER PASSED BY HIGH COURT, IN THE HIGH COURT ITSELF. IN HIGH COURT OF ALLAHABAD
1. WHETHER IT IS SIX MONTH OR THREE MONTH
2. WHAT IF I HAVE DRAWN THE CERTIFIED COPY AFTER THE TWO MONTH OF DATE OF ORDER
3. I HAVE A DELAY OF 85 DAYS, HAVE I HAVE TO FILE DELAY CONDONATION APPLICATION.

Dear all, I would like to ask few querries-1-is audio recording and DNA TEST is considered as a proof in court? We know that our sister in law having affair and through DNA test it is confirmed that the child is not my brother's. We wish to file a divorce
case on adultery basis. And we do not want to give her any maintenance during or after divorce. Please suggest us how we can go for it?

Hi All,
this is in regards to my divorce case that i have filed in bangalore on 2nd dec 2014, before that me n my wife had lots of misunderstanding, my wife stole all the household things and has absconded with the baby and her mother, now donno were they are, the notice was sent to the old address that they were staying, the police is also not able to trace them coz they have changed their mobile numbers as they are not in service. all polce complaints has been filed acordingly.
kindly advise wat to do now, my 1st hearing is on jan 16th 2015.

I want to file trademark applications in several classes? Is it advisable to apply under "in -use" rather than "intention to use"? Does the chances increases when applied under "in-use" ?

Resale flat document copy misuse
Hello,
I am onwer of flat for resale, recently a buyer has asked zerox copy of flat/property document for verification from his advocate, so far he has not retuned the same.
My query is that can anybody misuse the same? how to prevent the same?
