Dear Mr.Dhalsingsahu,
Greetings of the day. First of all let me clarify for all intent and purposes your query is not a academic query but a legal one for the reason that you do have a legal right vested in you to approach the Hon'ble Court (High Court in the instant case as the matter pertains to Writ Jurisdiction u/Articles 226 and 227). As it is evident from your message under reply you want to raise some public issue hence the same tantamounts to Public Interest Litigation and the Hon'ble Court in its wisdom can treat this sort of letter as a petition and can proceed thereupon. Further the same should be addressed to the Registrar General who in turn will take appropriate steps as may be required under the facts and circumstances - for practical reasons/procedural issues and enlightening yourself about the High Court Rules of a particular state it is "humbly advisable" to seek advise of a Legal Practitioner in this regard.

Dear daksh sir, mere quarry par dhyan dene ke liye dhanyawad. Dear Sir, mai Chhattisgarh HC/SC ko rajnitik partiyon ke dwara kiye jaane chaunavi wado ke sambandh me letter likhna chahta hu Ki Kya:-
1) In chunavi wado ki monitoring Election commission ko nahi karni chahiye?
2) Kya rajnitik partiyo dwara janta ko esa gumrah karna sahi hai ?
3) kya tathyahin chunavi wade sahi hain.
