we have house at sawantwadi that house is on our grants Mothers name but she is dead in 2005. On all light bill, Ghar patti all legal document is on her name but only Property card name is different she brought house from which person that person name written on this Property card, so how can we remove that name from Property card and put our father name on that Property card. please guide me.

Hello sir,
My parents name has been removed from FIR now Court summon under saction 319 to present in court now my question is how my wife will proof that she has give Rs5 lac at the time of marriage as no photo,no recording.
As per my logic can proof through -
Bank transaction,Interest money(Took from other&than give to my father),Witness in court.
Is there any other way to prove?
I donot want to give any chance to her to prove false case

a person has purchase a commercial vehicle from another person.And transfer the ownership but he has not transferred vehicle's insurance from 1st owner afterthat that vehicle has met with accident.then bywhat way he get claim from insurence company.
is there any case laws or any guideline.

Amongst Builder & purchaser, who is responsible to pay service tax & vat ?
If builder pays same with concerned department, whether he is entitled to recover same from purchaser ?
If so, under which provision ?
What is current view of Hon. Supreme Court on same ?

Our society has alloted parking slots some 4 years ago. Now I have a car but society is saying once the slot is available it will be given to you.I have a query where people in the past though had the car and got the parking slot earlier, now do not have a car and the parking space is idle. Is there any law or rule in by laws where i can get those idle parking slot now ?

My builder is constructing 540 flats in Ph 1 ( with 2 towers) . during 2012 I entered in to an agreement of sale (AOS)with him for the purchase of 1 flat.
about 175 flats have been sold with the same clauses in AOS . No mention of Phase 2 in these AOS.
Subsequently, the builder has acquired adjacent land(s) and started some more phases- for which entry and exit is through Ph1 area. Club house meant for Ph1 is also to be shared with the other phase people.
The builders after the first 175 , have made different clauses in the AOS - making the buyers agree for sharing all amenities , clubhouse etc.
My question is : Can the builder have different clauses for different buyers of the same venture? ie, my AOS is different from my neighbor's . Is it allowed ?

M/S XYZ and CO. is a Partnership Firm who is registered in Service Tax Department under “ Goods Transport Agency ” as a Service Receiver the firm has taken a transport service from M/S DEF and Co. which is also a Partnership Firm. As per the instruction of M/S XYZ and Co. M/S DEF and Co. is supposed to deliver goods to M/S ABC LTD. for which M/S DEF and Co. will charge ₹ 20000/- from M/S XYZ and CO.
M/S XYZ and CO. will charge ₹ 30000/- from M/S ABC LTD. as a transportation charges, in this case I want to know whether M/S XYZ and CO. will pay Service Tax on ₹ 20000/- or else on ₹ 30000/- with proper logic.

mere bhai apni wife se bhaut pareshaan hai...wo divorce chahta hai bt meri bhabi nahi dena chahti...isliye bhai ne divorce case kiya hai aur meri bhabi ne Dv act...mere bhabi wahi rehti hai...bt mera bhai rent pe rehta hai with mother...bhai apna ghar chord ke aa gaya...bhabi akele rehti.bhabi ne hamare ghar rent par laga diya...bhai koi bill bi ghar ka ni de ra jaise electricity ,cylinder,cableetc...pls bataye kya bhabhi rent par ghar laga sakti jo bhai aur mother ke naam pe hai.?? 2.bhai ko ye sare bill dene hoge.?? 3.agar ladki na chahe to kya divorce ni milta...???4.aur aise case kb tak chalte??

How to get rid of tough situation
Dear Sirs
I am a 33 yrs old person currently working in a psu in chennai region. I am a native of bihar. I was forcibly married in 2001 without my consent at the age of 20. Later I was not accepting that. I continued to stay separately so long. I was even requesting them to get mutual divorce and but they were insisting the only option to keep the girl; which I was not accepting. In this so many years have gone. But now when my parents were there in my village in gaya dist. They generally live with me in Chennai region. The other party made a gang and gheraoed my parents with the help of.local police. As sympathy of villagers lie with girl party many of them were in support of them but most of them.are because jeolosy. Those people abused my parents badly. The police came on their application and onesidedly forcibly made my father to sign a; paper accepting the girl and next day forcibly entered the girl to my house. We being soft in nature and getting less support my parents are helpless. I do not know what to do. I would want divorce but how to get rid of this girls forceful entry to my home and handling their abuses.
