Dear Sir,
Is there any tax if I transfer (by cheque or RTGS/NEFT) 2 lakhs or more into the bank account of wife/a family member/friend?
What is the maximum amount exempted from tax?
Can I split the amount into smaller pieces and transfer via several transactions (cheque or RTGS/NEFT)?
Is money transfer considered as a gift? Is there any tax on gift?

Hi ..my wife left the house. She doesn't want to live with me.but I am not live without her and we have done court marriage without our parents. Actually her engagement done with someone and she like that person. but forcely I done court marriage with her .she always argument with me.and totally mad about that person. I doubt she with him but I dont knw where they are staying .I asked to him family they also told they dont knw where he is.what to do .

Hello Sir/Madam,
I have filled an 498 against my husband in June 2013 and case is in family court now. I have filed a petition for divorce in family court last week Jan 4th 2014. Can you please suggest me. Court has sent a notice to my husband for March 3rd 2014 and it will be first hearing. But My lawyer as suggested me to be present on same day so that through 3rd party we can get the divorce papers signed by my husband. So that within 4-5 months we can get divorced. As i want to end this procedure ASAP since i have lost patience.
But i'm scared if my husband doesn't sign divorce papers. He has told most of common friends and extended family that he would torcher me without giving divorce.
My question is if my husband doesn't sign divorce can i still take back 498a and divorce petition and say in court that i will get back to husband's house.
please suggest.

Dear Expert,
I want to take expert advise on certain illegal activities which is taking place in my & my mother's life since last few months.
1)Aug 2014- Police came to arrest me from 2 different PS at home & office. However fortunately I was not there. Next day when I went surrender in court,I got to know that there is no such W/A which was sent by the court. However police came to arrest me with a fake W/A. From suitable source, I got a copy of the W/A and found that there was no memo number of the court on and it was processed from a different jurisdiction judge via S.P & C.P through local P.S of my home & office.
I filed an FIR against this fake W/A. FIR was initiated U/S 465/466/471/472/473 IPC, however there is no action being taken by the police till today.
2) 1st week Sept 2014- Police came to my house again without any search warrant and said that they got a phone call that a lady has been murdered by us and the dead body is hidden in my home now. Later nothing was found, they went away.
3) 2nd week Sept 2014- Another case was initiated against me U/S 420 & 506 from the same jurisdiction by an unknown person, whom I have no idea. However after some days police gave FRM against this case also. However they submitted this report after I got anticipatory bail only.
4)Dec 2014- An unknown female wrote an email to my office with a copy to chief minister, C.P, D.G/I.G, Human rights commission & Womens commission saying that she is sister of my ex spouse, and she is associated with IB, she is IB & IPS, R&R 1997 batch and currently she associated as deputy IO IB, HQs. I sent petition to all above mentioned good offices including my local P.S for investigation, again no action being taken till today.
5) I am not getting any proper legal support from police as the persons who are doing all these criminal activities are high tech and financially stronger than me and since no action being taken their confidence is growing high and they are committing bigger crimes.
6) I wrote letter to all including D.G/I.G of my state for help & support, however the criminals are not getting any heat from the police. On contrary they are texting me that police will do what will be dictated to them via these criminals.
6) As such the situation, I am requesting for your kind advise as I am feeling very helpless. My aged mother and me are suffering from tremendous mental agony.
Please advise me on how I can change the situation. I want police to take action against the fake warrant of arrest conspiracy and the false email which was sent to my employers to spoil my career. Also what step can be taken on the second false case against which police has submitted FRM.

SIR I HAVE READ THAT AS PER SECTION 397(2)CrPC REVISION IS NOT MAINTAINABLE FOR INTERLOCUTORY ORDER.
MY WIFE HAS FILED THE REVISION FOR INTERIM MAINTENANCE AND AS PER MY KNOWLEDGE , INTERIM MAINTENANCE ORDER IS INTERLOCUTORY ORDER.
DOES HER REVISION U/S 397 CRPC IS MAINTAINABLE OR NOT.

Puran Chand, I obtained degree from the Sikkim Manipal University through distance education mode at Jalandhar Study center which was authorized by University, session Nov-2011 to Nov-2014, Now want to continue my study with IGNOU. M.com after B.com, but ignou reject my application from as "OFF CAMPUS".
An e-mail sent to ssc@ignou.ac.in they replies as:

Dear student.
Private Universities cannot establish off campus centre(s) beyond the territorial jurisdiction of the concerned State. However, they can establish off-campus centre(s) within the concerned State after their existence of five years and with the prior approval of the University Grants Commission. So far, UGC has not approved any off campus centre(s) of any Private University.
