I have a piece of vacant land in my with 7/12 extract(sr.no.33/1/15).When I started fencing my land,X person comes and didn't allowed my worker to fence stating that Y person gives him POA for same land with same boundry but different 7/12 extract (sr.no.33/1/16) X person saying that go to court bring court order and then he will allowed to Fencing. As on Today 7/12 extract (sr.no.33/1/16) is in the name of Z and Z is already build a house. I went to police station but they didn't cooperate. How can go to court for fencing to my land against a person who didn't have title in his name? Is I creating litigation to my own land if i go to court? What can I Do?

There is an agreement entered for lease of Premises between A (Lessor) and B (lessee). The said property is sold to C. Now party to lease agreement is to be changed. Instead of A , C is to be replaced. What is the meaning of Novation? Can parties to lease agreement change though Novation deed?

Sir,
Can a person who resides abroad file a criminal case through a power of attorney
given by him to other person and if the case is admitted in the court can be represented by the power of attorney holder
and exempting the person living abroad from
attending the court proceedings.
Please advice.

Dear Experts, Agree Land Sale pre-agreement on Rs.100 stamp paper but without Registration,
Advance Paid X amount and Time for Registration 3 months given, Buyer have to pay remaining amount before 3 months then agreed for Register the Sale agreement, Land will be measured for actual records,
If Buyer don't get Registered with in 3 months then he don't have rights to demand get repayment of Advance amount,
Any pre-cautions to be taken for trouble free end on this agreement.
Advance paid as CASH.. Pl. give your suggestion, Thanks.

why it is not conducting all india basis examination for ILS like IAS?so that doninace of HIgh court and Public service commision may be finished and Lawyers can be benefited as well as recruitment policy in judiciary system may be more transparent?

If the subject immovable property is located in Dehradun & POA holder's residential address is in Delhi.
Can the Adjudication of POA be done in Delhi so it can be used in Dehradun.

What if a group of people tried to frame you in behavioral issue, like demanding sexual favor from females? And all these matter are verbal with no proof.
Similar thing is happening to a victim where his superiors and college in the organisation are trying to frame him with behavioral issue with females, what can be done legally about this?

Corrupt protection officer
Corrupt Protection officer has just made false report without any investigation. Nor has he sent anyone to inquire about our statement . He has made a one-sided report including prima facie false allegation.
What action can be taken against him.
