This is Deepti, I had joined an organization in May2010, and they paid only initial month salary on time. After that the salary was delayed by 60 days minimum to every employee in the organization citing financial crisis. Despite repeated requests by every employee they were not releasing salarys.
Due to this circumstances I have decided to resign by giving 3 days of notice period which I didn’t get any acceptance.
But in full and final they refused to give any amount stating “I did not give the notice period. This has been prevalent in the organization since its inception.”
I am thinking a legal recourse, please advice.

Dear Sir / Madam,
I am the nominee of the bank account of my father. After my fathers death my mother has given a notice to the bank not to issue the cheque in my name and have asked the bank account to freeze the account. Please can you suggest what are her rights or can she claim the amount from the bank if I am the nominee.As per muslim law can she claim the amount.

my company filed a case against us charging 72/379/34, they forcefully asked me and my senior to give in written that we have shared the contact details of their clients.
they hacked our email id,whatsapp and kept our personal mobiles with them. the anticipatry bail is rejected, we have decided to surrender.the API says that 408 may take u to jail for 7 yrs. plz guide us, we r civil engineers and company want to spoil our career.

Sir, we are the Owner Society & after redevelopment has asked new occupants of wing B to become member of society but no one has bothered to be. We have sent them letter, reminders & even a letter from advocate for legally parking their vehicle on society premises but they are least bothered. one of them is Govt official from PWD dept. he says that he will complain to BMC of society not allow him to park their vehicle.
Wing B has not recd OC. people in wing B have made society letterhead & has made our developer secretary of wing B without any knowledge of owner society. Can society put a case of forging the society documents, illegal encroachment (as entire wing B is property of Owner Society including Water Tank, Lift etc), illegally occupying flats without OC. Please suggest, we want to force this occupants to become member of society.

Dear Experts,
I want to take admission in LLB three year course. I am graduate(B.A.) with 43%(Regular) and post graduate(M.B.A) with 63%(Distance Education). kindly advise that i am eligible or not. And also advise the BCI education rule 2008 about basic qualification to take admission in LLB three year.
Note: Shridhar University & OPJS University having allowed to take admission. But Dr. B. R. Ambedkar university, Delhi University, C.C.S university having not allowed to take admission due to low percentage in graduation.

My query is
1.Land acquired through LA Act/LARR-2013 for industry, want to know what will be the status of Ownership. whether Requiring body will have title over that land?
2. Can that land be sold?
3. Can that land be mortgaged for taking Loans from Banks?
I request to kindly reply the answer & oblige.

I am Anup Krishna taken education loan of amount 120000 from PNB. The duration of education was 2006 to 2010. Due to the recession in the market I did not paid the amount to the bank but paid sum amount. since 2013 I had started paying every month to the bank sum of rs 5000 monthly. But dated 18/2/15 suddenly bank took all the money from my bank account without informing me that 5000 is not sufficient as I have to pay 1 lacks at a time. I have sent a mail to the higher authority regarding this matter and called the branch manager to know why without informing me she took all the money from my account, she told me she is the owner of the bank and can do anything she want also she got annoyed to me because I had sent a mail to the higher authority what all happened with me.
Also she told that she will sent a legal notice to me stating the same. I would like to know my loan account was active and every month I am paying the amount to the bank then why the bank has taken all the money from account without informing me. I am staying away from my hometown and planned a operation in the coming week. Would be thankful to the concern person to tell me, is there any issue if i have asked the bank regarding the behavior and sudden bankruptcy which bank has done to me.

Dhana settlement for sold land
Sir,
My grandfather have 5 sons including my father,he have gave his agricultural land into 5 equal part to his sons in 1998.After that in 2003 my father have bought his younger brother share completely.But my father haven't took complete position of the entire land.Some year later my father younger brother who was sold his entire share land to my father have gave dhana settlement to another brother for the portion of land which we doesn't have position.Is it possible to give dhana settlement for the sold land.After that we filed complaint to thasildar and RDO via CM special cell ,BY RDO order the sold younger brother have cancelled the dhana settlement document and surrender to us.But the elder one who have the position doesn't allowing us to take position and filed civil case and making trouble with respect to check panthi like that.What to do sir,whether case will be favour for us or its not possible to cancel that dhana settlement documents sir,please suggest me
