reply as respondents in civil appeal

An civil appeal is filed in which the main respondent address was given as his permanent address. But in the civil suit where the main respondent was petitioner mentioned his permanent address as well his presently residing address where he reside.
My question is, the respondent by choosing to mention only the permanent address ignorong the presently residing address in the appeal filed, has got the stay order of the decree. Whether it can be vacated citing that the appeallant intentionally ignored the presently residing address of the main respondent where the notice was not sent.
Secondly, whether it is essential to file reply in the appeal against the ground mentioned in the appeal.

Title and khata not transferred to heirs, how to legally go about it

Dear Sir,
A piece of land was bought by my great grand father in 1917 and wasnt sold until his death which occured in 1930 and currently we have the certified copy of its title deed.
But in Index of Land Record Of Rights for the same property it states that some other person was found to be the Khata holder from 1926.Since we havent sold the property how do we get back the ownership of the property?
NOTE:the property is still vacant

Death certificate late submission to the employer

Dear sir/madam
it's been 15 days My uncle passed away. i have applied for the death certificate on the second day itself. But my relative said that within 21 days of the death, the death certificate should be submitted to employer so that pension which he is getting will be stopped and again the nominee(i.e.., his wife) will get the pension on her name. But due to some technical difficulties in the govt sector they couldn't process the certificate and they are telling that it might take more few days.(above 21 days after death). Please tell me will there be any problems arises if i submit death certificate to the employer after 21 days of death. Please suggest me in this situation ASAP. thank you

Complaint by 156(3) for fir

Dear sir
I lodged a complaint with the CJM for lodging of FIR against a property dealer. The same was ordered by the CJM for registration of FIR in 156(3) on 27th jan.

the case pertains to fraud by a property dealer / clonosier under sections 420 406 467 468 471 ipc

I went to the concerned police station but they have not registered the fir even after 3 weeks.

They are just delaying the matter.

As a complainant what rights I have and how can i press upon them for registration of FIR

Suspenssion and chargesheet

Can a employee (Dismissed) give a challenge in the court if he received a Charge sheet after four months of his suspension and subsequently dismissed from service by holding a absolutely bogus inquiry? He can prove the Inquiry was a drama just to throw him out of service
