Sewage treatment plant (stp) operator

Hello,
I had started a sole proprietorship enterprises in 2009 at Bangalore,Karnataka.
I had registered it with Government of Karnataka:Department of Labour and they issued me Registration Certificate of Establishment, the nature of business was Pest Control when i registered, now iam thinking to start Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) Operator business so what i have to do only making changes in Registration Certificate of Establishment is enough or what more i had to do?

visit the offices of department of labour and make inquires

Consult the concerned department and ask them about the formalities to be completed in view of the local laws.
