Hi, I am a Law student studying in second year of 3 years LL.B.
I am interested in Cyber Law.After i came to know but that PG Diploma course in any law subject is different from that of Certificate course. for e.g post graduate diploma in Cyber Law and Certificate Course on Cuber law.
I found both the courses online in many colleges.
Now , I am confused to do which course and which college. If online course is gud then i don mind studying online.
I want to know which college and which course is good one to go for and
PG diploma and Certificate Courses are same or no. If both are different which one is good.
Kindly help me to opt for best course in best college.

Dear Sir,
We as director of a company have been convicted for the payment along with damage and interest by a lower court in a case initiated by a NBFC .
While moving for appeal in session court , have been asked to deposite 50% amt for the stay against order and further bails for all accused.
Hence we decided to close the case by depositing full amount of lower court order.But as the time bar of depositing the amount has been over by around 20 days , hence how and which court should we approach for the closure of case.

Hello Friends!
I got married 6 years back under the Maharashtra Special Marriage Act as well the same day got married as per Islamic marriage.
Me and my partner are not together since 3 years and we both agree to get seperated.
Questions
1) Can I do a 2nd marriage without giving divoce.
2) Will my special marriage under India Law will be null and void as I also married as per the Muslim Law.
3) Is there a way of Annulement or to void the marriage done under the INdian law.

Mediation has failed I am waiting for hearing date, can my complaint be quashed if it's a completely made out case as in complaint she has mentioned I have beaten her on first night ie suhagraat bruetly and after six months when she left matrimonial home in Delhi I.have beaten her to death because of which she started bleeding from her private parts at 12 noon and her father took her to UP at her home and got her medically checked at 9 pm in night, furnishing medical report made by her relative in UP that she was assaulted and in medical report doctor States refer case to police and complaint States that police has refused to file fir and referred them to caw cell Where I have 6 hospitals near my house which includes AIIMS aswell within 1 km of range
And please help me with good lawyer for Allahabad

I stay on fifth floor of a apartment. Due to the slope in my balcony, forth floor house is having a leakage problem. I am ready to fix the issue as soon as possible bearing the full expense in my flat.
But the forth floor owner is asking me 100% amount to fix the damages in his wall too caused due to damage. Am I liable to pay the amount? I don't feel that right as I am repairing my balcony just for him without asking a penny from him.
I have not done any renovation in my flat and is exactly in the same form as taken from the builder.

change in pay against advertising notification pay
A notification from punjab food and civil supplies came in oct 2013 for food inspector and was indicated a pay band of 10300-34500. While the two stage exam was conducted a writ was put in court that exam has not been conducted properly by department and high court ordered in May 14 to conduct the second stage exam.The department conducted reexam on 07 dec 14 and declared result in 15 days.
Now punjab govt has issued a letter dated 15 jan 15 to give only minimum pay band to new joinees in punjab govt for probation period.
My querry is if the department could had conducted the exam early after declartion of high court order and appointment could had been early then we could had not been effected by punjab govt letter. Since the probation period is of two years can we seek any legal advice to get promised pay as per 2013 notification. As per notification we were supposed to pay 35000 but now we stand to 10300. Pls help.
