Hello sir
I have been married for 4 years, and during these 4 years, I have not troubled her one bit and infact have tolerated almost all the misdeeds of my wife.She has been mentally torturing my mother for long now and recently she had the audacity to fight and use abusive language to my mother in my presence.I gave a real mouthing to her.She has now left my home along with my son for 2 months now.In the mean time my parents have tried a lot to convince her and her family to come back for the sake of my son.Still she and her family are not relenting.My brothers engagement is on 8th march and she is telling that she will not allow my son to come for that even if my father goes there and her parents are also talking the same language.And during this period they have even tried to defame me and my brother among all the relatives and have tried their best to break the marriage of my brother as well.Not to mention the social embarrassment her family creates by bad mouthing me and my family in the society.For past 2 months, I am trying to talk to my kid and she would not let me talk to the child. I and my parents miss my child like anything causing great distress - both emotionally and physically. And I know for sure that my child misses me as well.We want our sons presence for my brother engagement
Is their any law under which I can demand the custody of my child as they are threatening that they will not send my son .For now, I am not interested in filing either a divorce petition as i know she will not agree to it.All I want is legal right to have my son for important family function.I work in bangalore and my wife has left for arrah a small town near patna.I would also like to mention here that the education of my son is alse being affected because of her stubborness as he has been missing his school for 2 months now in bangalore
Please advise what can I do in such a situation. Any pointers/guidance will be helpful.

due to contineius torturing of my in laws i filed 498 a in police station. than filed maintanence cliam and dv. we are muslim. my husband has not told talaq any time. but my in laws claim that he told it and i am divorced. so i am not entitled for any rights. they also threaten me by telling that they will opt for 2nd marrige as muslim law permits 4 wife. every now and than they send message through third party that they will now not divorce me and my age will be lost and they will marry their son for second time. openly.
they also say that they will not pay me single penny and will harass me till sc.
i filed case. i want to know how much time it will take to get it resolved. is it advisible to file RCR so that i get chance to live with him.??
really confused??? please guide me...

I got a capital gain fromselling of my ancestral house property .
that gain was invested in the house property purchase with buiders but the builders handed over the propertyafter 4 years,they give the sale deed and the amount was invested as advance with the builders. Now can i got the exemption under sec54E and give any citation in this regard

Hello good afternoon to all expert ! Sir my question is? I want to buy 4 guntha agriculture land along with house on it which is adjacent to a pond. The house is closed nobody stays their .beside this land the owner is staying in another house. The owner of land got this land through gift deed from his father now she want to sell it. As i am non agriculturist can i buy this land?

My husband and my inlaws have harassed me for extra dowry and other costly gifts since the fifth day of our marriage,my husband and my inlaws do not provide me any monetary,even though i fall sick,they leave me in my mother's home in order to avoid bearing all the medical expenses.I was married in may 2014,and conceived on september 6,since then I have been staying in my mothers home since then,on october 1 my husband abused me and my mother over the phone and since then he never turned up nor called me nor came home to visit me.My parents and relatives tried to resolve the issues and approached them on jan 19,but they refused to let us into their home,and said that until the mediator comes along with us they will not talk to us.So hoping to resolve the issue we called them again on feb 1 to come to my maternal home,but they did not turn up,instead they have sent me an undersigned private lawyer notice stating that I should join my inlaws and husband.My inlaws and husband are cold hearted,they have deserted me and now blaming me that I am not willing to join them for no reason.My lawyer keeps dragging and has not given reply to the notice yet.On 21 feb i have filed a complaint against them in the womens cell and they have called my inlaws for counselling and negotiation on march 4,but i am afraid that they might send one more notice within this time in order to avoid coming. So my question is what are the other possible ways of sending me one more notice by my inlaws? My inlaws are withholding my academic certificates and also depriving from physical resources like clothes and personal belonings.They have refused to give when my parents approached them.Please suggest a way to get out of alL this,my lawyer is quiet slow how should I approach,should I file case against my husband and ny inlaws? Or go through some other way?

Please clear it. because interest paid to financial corporation constituted under central, state or provincial Act is not liable to deduct the TDS u/s 194A.

Hello,
I had resigned in my current company in Dec. 2014 and I have to serve notice period of 3 months.
Now that is after 2 months, HR has replied that my resignation is not accepted.
I am serving the notice period of 3 months and I have bond of 3 years which states that if I am leaving my company before 3 years, I have to pat certain amount.
In my resignation letter, I had mentioned that I am ready to pay bond amount.
When I had one to one discussion with HR, he said he cant relieve be as I have signed a bond and if I leave he wont give a relieving letter.
Please let me know what should I reply to HR.
HR did not accept the resignation just as a reason not to give me a reliving letter in future if I take legal action????
From my side, I am going by rules. Actually no notice period was mentioned on my offer letter, still I am serving 3 months and also ready to pay bond.
Please help me on this matter.

Divorce
Sir,
If i filed divorce case against wife (my wife filed sec.9 in 2006 with several other cases of maintenances and 498a etc., and still pending on evidence, as she wants to continue endless legal fight), what is possibility is there that, my divorce case be transferred where sec 9 is running, and if my wife not appeared in sec. 13 than what happened.
And one more question is should i not mentioned about sec 9 case in my divorce case, is it possible ?
Pl. help me, i m very frusteted now to fight these cases in different state from last 9 years, as my wife wants to only harrass me and money only and she did not wants to come nor divorce.
in sec. 9 case i filed a pursis that i am ready to cohabit and take back her right now from the court but even after that the case is not finished, and as i am seeing the court process i feel that in this style of court process it will never finished.
(and also in sec. 24 order Rs. 1500/- in July 2014 granted to her, and she not filed application for recovery instead she filed application for defence stuckk off due to non compliance of court order). and i came to know that she has also filed a writ in high court against Rs. 1500/- order.
Pl. suggest me clear remedy what action should be taken by me as i want divorce only. (i m thinking that non appear in sec.9 now and file divorce).
