Is there any body that can stop them?
In Navsari town, Gujarat,India, there is good population of Parsi Community. The community which believes in maintaining peace, integrity and prosperity. However some of the people in this community also creating the nuisance for the society.
We have our own house in this town since last 38 years or more, Near Parsi Agiyari, Panch Hatdi, Navsari-396445. Since inceptions we have to face lot of difficulties to stay with self respect in this area. There are lot of people who has creates problems and nuisance but I have major problem with our Neighbour, who has made our life very tedious, miserable and unbearable.
We have filed number of complaints verbally as well as in written to the local police town, but since he is builder and having lot of influence and being a trustee in lot of institution, he successfully able to close the case.
I am attaching the recently case filed against him and also attaching the earliest case filed before one year where we have to do settlement and under the chapter case fraudulently made against us and local police has also support in doing so.
As we are banker, i.e. my brother Mr. Kalpesh Modi is working with Surat People's Co-operative Bank as a Officer and I myself Minesh Modi is working with Axis Bank Ltd. as a Branch Head and presently heading and residing at Rajpipla, we have a threat to lose job and we have to go for settlement.
I have listened a lot about this news channel which is better in editing the best news and with a ray of hope I have forwarded to you so that local police will take up the matter seriously.

Respected sir,
I am professional badminton player working in Incometax dept bangalore,
I got entry to participate in all England open 2015 International tournament its eligibility based on World ranking of badminton world federation (performance in international tournaments. By badminton world federation )
When I request my office for onduty they replied this tournament is not entitled for onduty or SCl.
In DOPT they have given onduty or SCl to be given for national /international importance tournaments
Earlier also office denied OD for other international tournaments, I requested ministery of youth afffirs and sports they sent letter to office saying NOC to employee given to participate in event with no cost to govt.
So there is no SCl or od given from that time for international tournaments outside India.
Entries to International BwF organised tournaments are sent to karnataka badminton association they will forward to badminton association of India and they will forward to Badminton world federation then eligible players list will be listed and will be allowed to participate in event.
What have to do to get Onduty for international bwf organised tournaments outside india?
Since I am not in Indian National team how fare is that am denied Onduty is my question??
Am confused from over one year and playing tournament on my own leaves
Please let me know what to do if this continuous my Olympic dream will end is my fear.
Waiting for experts input in my case pls help

dear sir,
my mmother willed the
1. g floor to elder brother
2. first floor to younger brother
and
3. the unconstructed second floor to me.
at that time only two full floors were allowed and so the second floor was left totally unconstructed.
the mother stated in the will that someday municipal laws will allow me to construct a full floor.
i have claimed rights upto sky on the basis of the will.
i would like to cite case laws in my favour.
i have found one asha johri vs neerja rajput of del high court dt 8 may 2014 of chief justice and justice pradeep nandrajog.
i would like inputs on this issue

My brother has filed the Child custody petition before the Family court Delhi in August 2013..Notices were issued..bnut the wife did not appaaer and the court proceeded against ex-parte prosecution evidences.therafter she filed the Transfer Petition and case was transferred to her place at her civil court senior division in October 2014.therafter 3-4 adjournments has taken place and court has directed to file the Written statement
My query is since the family court has already proceeded agsint as ex-parte and her opportunity of filing the W.S has already been lapsed and therafter she filed the transfer petition..whether transfreee i.e civil court senior division reserves the right to grant him opoortunity to file the written statement?
if not, under which rule we can made objection and made appeal against the order of the civil court?

Sir,
My wife has filed for divorce.the case is in prl.civil judge (sr div).the case was referred for mediation.the mediation was successful and we agreed for mutual divorce.
the agreement was signed by both of us and our lawyers and the mediator.it will be sent to the court,the hearing date is next week.
i feel that she may backtrack.is the agreement binding or not.kindly provide information on this.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to change my 4 and 1/2 months baby's name, which got registered at his Birth Certificate at Ahmedabad. But, I was informed from various sources that only possibility to change baby's name now is when he will get the admission in school. At that time I can mention the new name. I would like to know that is this is the only way to get name change or Am I missing some important information. I would really appreciate any help.

Driving license
My driving license got expired on 5th Feb 2015, which I got it from Tamilnadu state, but at present I am residing in Gujarat state.
Please guide me, whether I have to apply new one or renew it or any other procedure?
