Hello sir,
i have a querry regarding NOc,presently iam working central govt joined in jan 2015 now am in probation period, i applied for state govt job which requires Noc in my present company they will provide noc in probation period
i applied the job not mentioning that i was a central govt employee because it was not required experience ( management trainee)
what i do if was selected pls suggest in this regard

I got acquittal in 498. Now iam facing dv case court has ordered interim maintenance of 4000rs. But I haven't done anything wrong with here. Now can you please tell me how to cancel this interim maintenance of what I should do. Thank you

as per the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme court of india in 2014 (4)CTC 686 the drawee bank in my case does not comes under the jurisdiction of JMII court Hence the complaint was returned with a direction to the complainant to present my case before the JMI court within 30 days but complainant not represent with in 30 days he was filed one day delay i file condone delay petition that magistrate was return my petition he said there is no specific provision in NI Act if any citation reported ?

Dear all,
In case pertaining 138 Negotiable Instruments act, if complainant dies legal heirs can be brought in in his/her place but why not similar thing for accused if he/she dies legal heirs cannot be brought in to replace accused on similar footing to enable complainant to recover dues only without punishment. Please give your opinions

I have a flat in pagdi system..I am atenent for the said building since 35 years..And also geting rent receipt regularly...If I sell this flat or if my landlord gives me buy back offer..can I take cheque ?

i am married in october 2012. initially for 2 moths every thing was fine. in january 2013 my grand father in law died and my in laws came into the influece of some bawa. he told that the newly wedded wife is bala and bitted me contineously for 11 days and locked me in one room. i told my husband and i tried to explian him the same. he told he will tackle the matter. than they were follwing bawa but i was not interfering. 3 time by telling lies they took me to him but at that time i was not bitten but their unusual saying was tourturing me.
even further i continued without saying anything. they unusually doubt on me.
october 2013 they took me to bawa and that time i opposed him. i was totally fed up by this tourture contineouslly.
i want my matrimony relation to continue. i dont want break up or divorce.
so i still continued. than after as i opposed bawa my in laws started harrasing me. forcing me with all household work, not talking to me, not allowing me to talk to my parents, took my cell phone, etc... even further i continued. because i want my matrimony relation to continue.
may 2014 my sister marriage was scheduled so, i came to my parents place, they all didnt came even after contineous calling of my parents. after marriage i went their back as i want to continue the marriage. at night 8.30 my sister in law send me out of place with force. i waited that they take me in. but no they didnt. so, i went to police station. with help of police i satyed their. again in morning my sister in law and mother in law talked abused so i filed FIR in police station.
2nd june than after my mom took me with her at my parents place. i am satying with my parents since then.
i filed dv and maintenance than after. still i want reconcilement if he agree to stay away from bawa.
i also tried for councelling and mediation centre but his lawyer denied.
they are rich people we are not so, i love him and it is not his fault its just undue influence. it is difficult to be proved they have money power. i am afraid.
maintenence case ask for evidence to be provided form my side. still i am not called infront of judge.
what i should do??
i dont want divorce??
i want him to appear infront of judge but he is not coming...
summons will go to bawa and so i am worried about attack from them on my little bro and dad...
i am afraid of them to be turned violent.
we are muslim they are also threating us by telling that they will marry their son to other as muslim law permits 4 wives.
so how far it is possible.
i am ready to give up everything if he says that he will not take me to bawa again.
waht should i do??

will i get chance for continuing my matrimonial relationship??

he is a business men... involved in cash and carry business. he owes a manufacturing unit .. earning handsome but IT return he is filling too less.
so it is difficult to predict the actual earning income...

Hello. my dad has a restaurant and bar which is 40 year old and the land owner is someone else. My dad has polio and is now 59 year old. Can he give the restaurant and bar for business running and can a business running deed be made we being on lease without any legal complication. Is this possible as my brother is mentally challenged and my father cannot exert much.
The license is on my dad name.

My house trespassed by criminal nature relatives after 8 years evicted by court order by court bailiff under police protection, the trespasser sitted out side my house with his household articles with his wife on visit put wife in front to false blame, etc. in november 2014 i was out of country for few days he again break open the locks trespassed my house please advise law full remedy fast and early ...complaint done in police but no action by police .....police is involved one relative is retd police man thanks in advance......sushil
