Bonafied industrial permission

dear sir,

i am business person from gujarat but not farmer in gujarat. we have purchased agriculture land on company name for " bonafied industrial use under " 63AA".

now my question is in what condition i can get permission and also note that my land is falling whithin 5 km of development authority,

plz guide me appropriate.

63AA is an rule of gujarat govt , where an non farmer can purchase an agriculture land for on and only industrial use not for farming.
