I am student of B.com 3rd year in (Private)(External) Pursuing from DAVV university Indore.
After Completing my Graduation from Indore in B.Com.

I wish to consult regarding a fraud done to me by a railway agent.
I bought 4 tickets from an railway agent based in Delhi. he gave me the ticket yesterday and when i boarded the train I found the one of the passengers age he entered 11 years instead of 29.
So basically he made a half ticket and gave me fraud ticket where age mentioned was 29 but actual age in railway records were 11 yrs.He actually manipulated the age as well as fare in the ticket given to me.
As a result I had to pay a extra fine of Rs 750,
i wish to take some action regarding this.
Should I lodge a FIR in Police Station or report to consumer court??
I am based in Jharkhand and agent is in New Delhi . Can i do something from Jharkhand or i ve to go to delhi again??
Would be really nice if u suggest me.

Hello,
I had booked 2 BHK flat in Pune in January 2015.I had paid Rs 5lakh towords advance of the same. However I have not yet entered into any legal agreement with builder.
I am cancelling my booking since builder is not submitting approved blue print.
Builder informs me that he has paid service tax on my advance payment i.e. Rs 5 lakh. he will deduct that amount and will give me cheque for the same. He will give me the receipt of service tax paid against my booking.
My questions are;
1. when do builder pay service tax?
2. Can he deduct the same from my advance payment?
2. Is deducted service tax would be loss for me against cancellation of booking?
3. Since builder is failing to submit necessary documents I am cancelling the booking, do I have to bear the service tax amount paid?

Dear Team,
My dad had made letter of administration and my mom was the appointed manager to it.Now my dad is no more,few days back we found some physical shares in our home which is on my dad name. in letter of administration physical shares are not mentioned. can my mom claim the same as.
there is no nomination in the physical shares.

My wife who works in a Central Govt office as Architect Astt recently got a call from a senior officer of a different dept introducing himself without any reason or connection. On being rebuffed by my wife he sent an apology message and pretended that he only wanted to talk official. after a week he again sent a sms to my wife indicating his bad intentions.
Pls advise
Should we lodge a police complaint with Delhi Police for harrasment or stalking.
Should my wife give a written complaint to her senior most official in her ministry.
We want to handle this matter with effectiveness and also maintain secrecy in her office.
Is there any dept in Govt of India for such issues.

What are the documents needed for filing case and getting Grand daughters `G` share in her Grand fathers property (After his death).
Grand father`A` & his wife (late) having 2 sons (`B` & late`C`) & 3 daughters (`D`, `E` & `F`)
Grand daughter `G` (late `C`s daughter)
Now the property is enjoying only by `B`s family and `C`s family except `G`. And they are planning to divide the property into 2 shares and to get the documents on their name.
Hence `G` would like to file a case against the property.
So kindly suggest the required documents and how to get them.

Hi,
My husband and his mother share the property of his father after his demise. We have a house in bangalore where we stay down and up house has been given for rent, the rent is been collected by the mother. They also have another property in bangalore where no contruction has been done. One more in Mangalore where there is 22 acres of commercial land where no construction has been done. My husband and I use to stay seperately in a rented house, after my father-in-laws death because of family pressure that she will have to stay alone we moved in with her. Once we moved in after a while, she started humiliating me and tocturing me, she also got my husband taken to the police station stating that he has abused her, but my husband was innocent, and the police was very cooperative and understood the situation. she usually fights with everyone even the police knows. she is 68 years old but wants to fight with each and everyone considering the garbabe people, bbmp, etc.. thats her nature. Now our only concern is we are scared to leave the house, because she has her brother's son living with us she might end up giving the property to him. is it possible, because we are frustrated living in that house, she does everything possible to trouble us and abuse us. what can be done from our end so that nothing of my husband goes to outsiders.

1.Interium order for maintance amount of Rs.10,000/- passed by Magistrate Court in Domestic Violence Case
2. Against this order I gone for appeal to District Court (Sessions Court)
3. In appeal also District court confirmed the magistrate court order as above.
4. Shall I go to High Court for appeal against the Disctrict Court order. If so, what is the time limit to go for appeal to HC

We purchase Heavy Weighted Machinery with Excise Bill, Now My Question is Can i take this Excise input and adjust the same with Service Tax. I also want to tell you that we have no excise registration.
